Siamo situati a circa 14 miglia a sud di Hilo e 300 'dall'oceano. Appena entrate dalla porta principale, sarete accolti con una splendida vista sull'atrio, sulla piscina e sul cortile. La cucina ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici neri e una porta che si apre sul vialetto. Oltre al forno a microonde e alla macchinetta del caffè c'è un frullatore, un waffle, una pentola di terracotta, una pressa francese e una friggitrice. Manterremo anche alcune graffette nella dispensa e condimenti nell'armadietto delle spezie.
La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, 8 'di porte scorrevoli in vetro, una scrivania e una sedia. Il 2 ° bagno ha una doccia e la lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano qui.

The pictures of this home definitely don't encompass how incredibly well Stephanie designed, maintained, loved and cared for this place. I mean wow. From the driveway entrance you are in a lovely large and well stocked kitchen with big windows and a view of the gorgeous backyard and the serene sitting area between the two bedroom areas. It felt so private and like no one else was around. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I looked at each other and couldn't believe we were able to stay there. The observation deck was a great place for watching the ocean and coffee. The pool and hot tub were an incredible bonus and swimming at night was a whole new world there! Even in the rain it was the coolest experience! The outdoor shower in the master bedroom side of the house had me a little nervous about privacy but let me tell you, no one is peeking except the lizards 😂 it felt like one big luxury shower with an open skylight and beautiful plants! And omg the plants!!! The backyard was insanely lush, the flowers were gorgeous, and Stephanie was so kind to allow us to pick some limes from her many fruit trees! They were the best limes I've had in a long long time! The bedrooms were clean, well stocked with pillows and sheets and towels. Stephanie was quick to respond to questions and so kind to extend our stay when we decided to extend our own trip! Thank you so so much and we hope to be able to come back soon! Mahalo and Aloha!

We loved it!!! Entry is through the open atrium between the 2 main house buildings and leads to the pool and backyard. I bet it took us 15 minutes to even get in the house because we were exploring the beautiful yard. All the plants and herbs and fruit! And the pool toys!
Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Host was great! The beds were comfortable and the sheets were heavenly. Pool/beach towels are provided which was nice.
Very homey and very comfortable. Make sure to walk to the cliffs across the street.

The pictures don't begin to convey the serenity and beauty of Stephanie's house. Open the front doors and you are in an oasis of trees, surrounded by birds and crashing ocean waves. The pool is gorgeous. I loved the outdoor shower! All the amenities are there and the home is so comfortable. It was just my husband and I, but it would be great for 2 couples. A short walk away are miles of trails. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but Kaleo's Bar and Grill is about 10 minutes away. A fantastic spot to relax and enjoy.

We loved our stay! Very private, beautiful pool, and great hot tub. Perfect for a couples getaway!
It was a few things we notice about the property. The water shut off for about 30 to 60 mins each day. We were in the shower and had to wait. This impacted our days. One of the umbrellas by the hot tub is shredded. Unable to use.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your property!

When I say the pictures are not an accurate representation, I mean that when you get there you will be very pleasantly surprised! Absolutely stunning property. Gorgeous! Super quiet neighborhood except for the wildlife. The frogs were doing their thing all night which added to the magic of this place. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness was because the ceiling fans needed dusted. Other that that everything was awesome. Very well appointed which was very nice. We left and went to the other side of the island to a resort condo which was not well appointed at all. Didn't even have salt and pepper?! Anyway loved this house thx for having us! 🌺

Loved the pool and the garden which displays such an individual touch. (Nothing corporate here!) The outdoor (but covered) dining table between the two sides of the house allowed us to be OUTSIDE even though it was pouring rain for a couple of days of our visit.
WONDERFULLY well-equipped kitchen for a couple of us cooks. (Although, oddly, no tea kettle--one of us is English :- ), Actually well-equipped house--there were even Christmas decorations (we were there for Christmas)!
We loved the layout (I think Stephanie should include a floorplan in her photos) which meant that there was a LOT of privacy for each of us. Close to "Secret Beach" with its hundreds of sea turtles!! Comfy living room (another picture request?) although we didn't spend much time there.
Stephanie was SO responsive and accommodating---answering all our questions about where to find this or that in the house.
I'm dreaming that we can return someday...

My husband and I stayed in this property for 4 nights. The outdoor space is fantastic! So private and relaxing. We enjoyed sunset on the lava shore with crashing waves. The house had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best place we stayed at for the 2 weeks we were here. The place was very cute and clean. We loved the open concept. The lava cliffs were apart of our nightly routine and definitely worth going to see! We can’t wait to come back!

It was absolutely peaceful! Every outdoor space was fantastic. The large pool, hot tub, and lanai were wonderful day and night, rain or shine. The lookout was so excellent to be able to watch the ocean sipping a cup of Kona coffee. The gardens are lovely and we appreciated the fresh herbs for cooking with. We saw a small pineapple and some limes growing that may be enjoyed by future guests. The orchids grafted on the palm trees are a beautiful touch. We can't wait to return someday with our adult children! Mahalo! 🌺

The photos and the description just don’t do it justice. This place was absolutely amazing. Beautiful pool/lanai area was totally private. Home was in amazing condition and had everything and anything you could ever need. Perfect place for a couple or two couples getting away. The location is about 20 minutes south of Hilo. Totally isolated and perfect for someone looking to just unwind and relax.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It had a nice lay out, lovely pool, and was just across the street from a beautiful view of the ocean complete with breeching whales. The bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable. It rained quite a bit while we were there but Hilo is well know to be on the rainy side of the island so we knew what we were getting into. We did have three nice days without rain.
The property is a short drive to Hawaii Volcanoes NP which is quite worth a drive to see.
There were a fair amount of owner belongings in the closets, dressers, and refrigerator which might bother some guests (but not us). There was plenty of room for our things though. Some of the furnishings are starting to show their age, but all in all were quite comfortable. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with cooking utensils which was appreciated.
All in all a fine property and we do recommend it.

I cannot say enough positive, glowing words about our stay. In our three weeks we were able to visit all of our favorite places that have become dear for the last 20 years. Stephanie's home helped to fill the void of our beautiful Ohana on the southern end of HPP. The house was comfortable, everything like home. The kitchen couldn't have been better which was perfect for our long (not long enough) stay. We feel very lucky to have found this. Nothing but good things to say. Communication with Stephanie was excellent and very prompt. I did my best not to bother her. The grounds and landscaping are just lovely. We were there during a dry spell and missed the rain a bit We have rarely been there during such a dry period. My husband rode his bike every day and totaled 700 miles (not an e bike). He really appreciated the hot tub. On MWF he rejoined the Qui Jong group at the HPP community center that he had been missing ~ another plus. We would love to come back! Thanks so much, Elizabeth

We spent an amazing week at Palm Tree Paradise and wish we were still there! Everything was absolutely perfect and we had everything we needed and more. The house was so clean and beautiful and we loved spending time as a family eating in the atrium and relaxing in the pool. The grounds were gorgeous and it was so fun to see all of the different plants and beautiful birds. The view of the ocean from the open-air, 2nd story was fantastic and we enjoyed the sunrise each morning. The sound of the waves crashing was amazing to hear and a lovely reminder of just how close we were to the ocean. Another amazing feature was the outdoor shower - Spectacular!! We loved the home so much that a few of the days we just stayed there and enjoyed living in paradise. Thank you so much Stephanie for making your gorgeous home available! We are already planning our return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this “paradise.” We loved the indoor/outdoor living experience. What a lovely pool and we loved being surrounded by so many beautiful plants. Super comfortable! What a paradise!

We absolutely loved it here. The property is amazing and the landscaping very well done. Even though there are houses on either side you feel like you're on your own private resort. The pool is just awesome, and there's nothing better than floating around while listening to the waves crashing just across the street. The primary bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the living room comfortable, but who am I kidding, you'll be spending most of your time in the pool! The only downside to this property is that it's extremely hard to leave to do any sightseeing. We split our time on the Big Island between a couple properties and when we book our next trip we'll be staying here the entire time. Mahalo

What a fantastic property in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood. The house is towards the end of a cul-de-sac so there's very little traffic. Hang a left out of the driveway, walk about half a block to the end of the street, and continue on the small footpath through the overgrowth. Keep veering to your right and you will quickly find yourself on the lava rock cliffs overlooking the ocean. The views are absolutely stunning! You can hear the ocean from the house, and there's a view of the water from the second story deck. The pool is huge and guests are welcome to pick ripe fruit and herbs from the garden. We enjoyed a couple of homegrown pineapples while we were there. Delicious! The house was well stocked and very clean. We slept in the main bedroom and the mattress was so comfortable we wrote down the information so we could replace ours with the same model. The layout is great for traveling with others as the bedrooms are on either side of the outdoor, but covered, dining room, so there are no shared walls. It worked out perfectly for us. Our college kids could stay up late watching movies and we didn't hear a thing. We loved the outdoor shower attached to the bathroom for the main bedroom. Very relaxing! The owners have really thought of everything. I would not hesitate to book this rental again.

We had stayed at this property several years ago and thought it was fabulous then. Upon check-in we immediately noticed the owner had invested in many lovely upgrades, further improving this already excellent vacation home.
We absolutely love the pool which is now surrounded by thoughtful landscaping. Pool toys, a cabana area with bathroom, and a grill are available for use.
The interior is very comfortable with air conditioning on extra humid days. The large television set was a welcome upgrade from our prior visit. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean.
We will be more than happy to stay here again in the future. Thanks Stephanie!!

This property was the perfect island getaway that had everything we were looking for! The pictures do not show how incredible the house, pool and backyard really are.

We loved this house. Perfect for the 2 of us on our college campus visit. We each had our plenty of our own space. The house is actually 2 separate spaces each with it's own bedroom and bath. Wonderful pool area, sitting on the upper porch for sunrise and coffee, everything you might need is all there. I especially loved the garden and orchids. Such a lovely home. I will rent again when I visit my daughter at UH Hilo next year.

The photos do not do this place justice. We enjoyed spending a few days at this peaceful, spacious house. Everything we could wish for in a vacation rentals was provided for us. The property is very quiet, and all you hear is bird song and the ocean in the distance. Will be staying here again in the future.
