It was a terrific stay. Check in was very quick. Room was very clean. Facilities have been maintained well. Only negative I would say (& not really a big negative) is that the location was a little hard to find. The hotel is tucked up in an area that just wasn't very noticeable. Everything else was terrific!

The location was ideal for us, there was plenty to do. The staff made it easy for my family to truely enjoy each moment there.

The ladies at the front desk were nice but this property is a dump. My room had an unpleasant scent that I noticed every time I walked into my room that was maybe hvac related. I noticed a couple of live tiny black bugs in the bathroom that were maybe ants but hard to tell due to their extremely small size. Will NOT be back to this property!

The room had a terrible odor, the floors and furniture had all over, the walls were dirty, the bed was lumpy, and the shower floor was old and disgusting. I don’t know where all the five star reviews are from but it’s not for this location.

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding in the area. I have stayed at Multiple Hyatt Place hotels throughout the country. This one is not as up to date as the others, but overall it was a good place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The technology is not very up to date as other Hyatt Place hotels. Had to hunt to find outlets for charging phones. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

The room was very cozy. The service from the front desk was great! Very polite, professional and quick! During breakfast, the manager on duty was going table to table asking about how everyone’s stay was. Our room did not have a microwave though, however there was one in the lobby for guest use.

I do not recommend this hotel. There were crickets and other small bugs we couldn't identify in our room. Glad our stay was half a day.

Unsafe. Unclean (it was clear from the debris which I’m hoping was dog food that the room had not been vacuumed between stays). This hotel needs to be removed from the availability for so many reasons. The AC unit was making a horrendous noise throughout the night.

No hot water in the shower. They switched us to different room but it smelled bad. They switched us again to another room, still smelled bad. We asked to go back to the 1st room we had. Rather to have no hot water than a smelly room

Day 1. Once all settled in we discovered there was only extremely hot marked cold and hot on Hot. Informed front desk and was told nothing they can do till maintenance came the next day. At that point I asked for another room as a family of could not shower. After a little hesitation and new room was assigned. Now to repack and move the family to room 206 from 408.
Day 2. After a long day of outing we finally returned to the hotel. Now to find out we are locked out from the room. Front desk tried reprogramming the card. (30min) He then called maintenance and was informed he would take about 30 min to arrive. Tech arrived and gets the door open and finds the battery had died. 2 hours later we finally back in our room around 10pm. We asked for a day refund but was told hotels.com would need to resolve that with them.

This location was centrally located to our needs. It was quiet for the most part, and the kids loved the pool. Ms. Shannon was great during our stay, over worked, but she remained professional. This hotel gets busy with game seasons and other events happening nearby. The two ladies at breakfast were amazing as well, attempting to keep up with heavy traffic. JP was helpful during checkout. Recommend adding to the workforce when needed, to ensure your staff endures less grumpy complaints as possible. Everyone will not be understanding to the efforts the employees are putting out, with little support. Take care of your people, so they can continue to take care of your location! Also, the ONE washing machine and dryer were inoperable during our stay. With such a large property, there should be at least units on all floors and operable for your guests. Overall, the trip was great, simply sharing some concerns that would improve this Hyatt location.

Front desk staff were very nice. There was no coffee at the peak of breakfast and it didn’t appear that anyone was monitoring the breakfast area.
The area was convenient but unappealing and there were lots of empty beer cans in the front yard of the hotel.

Decent, they were going through some upgrades on the outside . Furniture in the room
was just ok and the free breakfast smelled amazing. Is it worth the price … they could charge $10-$20 less per night, but overall I got the rest I needed for a random quick getaway and wouldn’t mind them in the future. Good stay!!

The room was clean pleasantly surprised that there was a couch and a mini fridge. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. I will stay here again next time I’m attending an event at globe life. I will highly recommend this hotel to people seeking a stay close to globe life.
