The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and very comfortable room.

Terrible experience with management. This hotel did not have warm water to shower. I asked another guest in a different room and they did not have warm water either. My room had a connecting room but they were unable to lock the door because they 'did not have the key'. Shocking! Do not stay here.

The pool was cold all the time, there is no waiter/ waitress near the pool, there is no room or game room for kids.

The property is beautiful but the rooms need new carpets as they are old and smelly, the fountains need to be cleaned and in working condition.
It is not a 5 star hotel anymore

The food wasn’t that great it was convenient and expensive. Service at diner could’ve been better breakfast buffet was good.

I just loved the aesthetics of the hotel and how centric it is. Some things a bit outdated but I believe they’re doing remodeling so hopefully it gets better. They need more air conditioners in the rooms.

During our visit, my wife and I were displeased with the property. The AC was not working in any rooms during our entire stay. the rooms felt like they had the heater on the entire day. I just didn't feel they did enough to fix the problem... a horrible experience.

Absolutely beautiful property, extremely clean. Knowledgeable and helpful staff members. The best management. Awesome experience. Highly recommend for all purposes: business, family, romantic gateway.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is sad to see that it is poorly managed. We stayed at a suite thinking that it would be better (cleaner carpets, fresh paint etc.) unfortunately, it was as bad as the rest of the rooms we have seen in the past years. Employees are not as friendly and efficient as they used to. Service is mediocre at best. Staff was not able to complete a simple request for coffee delivery to the room. It is sad to see a such a beautiful facility getting worst every year. Unfortunately, Aguascalientes has a limited amount of 5 start hotels, this is why we keep staying at this hotel hopping that it would be better next time.

The staff was amazing and the room very confortable, but in our second night we found a cockroach in our room. The front desk didn’t do anything about it, just send someone to pick ir up after we killed it.

AC wasn’t working properly, bathroom door was hanging and one of the hinges was broken so you couldn’t close the door, bathroom zinc was clogged and water overflow, no pods for coffee, I called and they never showed up.

The hotel structure was very nice, but the amenities were limited, staff was not very friendly and would not recommend the hotel dining.

2nd time staying at this hotel with no issues at all. Gardens are beautiful and well taken care of. Had to change my reservation due to work issues and hotel management were so helpful and easy to deal with. A

THE PROPERTY IS GREAT
IT SMELLS A LITTLE BIT OLD IN THE ROOMS, YOU COULD IMPROVE THAT
I RENTED THE SUITE DUE I WANTED TO SPEND TIME IN THE JACUZZI BUT THE WATER WAS NOT VERY HOT SO, I COULD NOT DO WANT I EXPECTED AND THAT MAKE ME FEEL BAD.
THE CHEFF WAS SO SO KIND AND THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANTE WAS DELICIOUS AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE SO NICE WITH US.

Quinta Real hotels are remarkable in architecture and the room sizes are way better than other properties suites.this particular hotel needs updating and they need to shine and show case the good on the property.needs a deep cleaning and fumigation for mosquitoes .management is not existing and the employees need training desperately. A very underwhelming experience and that’s a shame because they have the potential be excellent.
