I liked the stay overall ,but very irritated by all the surprises. You have to pay for parking which wasn’t expressed at all in the details & also the $50 deposit even though you paid online wasn’t either. You would think all of this would’ve been talked about or added when you make the purchase.

We had to pay for parking which I was not told about on your site. The TV channels / streaming services were horrible! We asked several times for room service but had to go downstairs to get our own TP and trash bags, then only allowed one at a time for a 4 night stay! The second time we asked 3 times & when still not done we were told they don't work on Sundays but we could take our own trash to the end of the hall where the big bins were. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had to deal with & I will never return!

Stay was great!! Hotels.com dropped the ball on transferring my date. Becky Ruiz at the front desk was exceptional. She was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel and room were good but paying $10 per night per car was ridiculous in a rural area. Be transparent and just increase the room rate instead of adding fees

The rooms are nicely arranged and clean. Second time staying here and both times it’s been a great experience. I will definitely be using this place again, all public areas are clean, breakfast was good.

Go somewhere else. Not a good start when you’re checking in and told you’ll have to shell out $12.00 more per day for parking. Our next impression was the huge cockroach on the wall of the bathroom. Huge. It left me with an ick of unclean for the rest of the stay. The mattresses are old. No memory foam here. There was a cricket or cicada in our AC unit which was going off ALL NIGHT LONG. I had to turn on the AC to make it quiet a little but then there was the roar of the ac unit all night. The free breakfast was unappetizing. There was little effort made to make anything look Like you would want to eat it. Then I noticed the little stuff. Musty old smell. The elevator creaks in a way that makes you wonder if there might just be something going on. Carpet and decor are all really dated and worn. Reminds me of my father’s old suit. It was probably nice once a few decades ago. But now it’s threadbare in a bunch of spots, the cut and style are out of fashion, it has that smell like it’s been in the closet for a long time and you’re not quite sure what might be living in the sleeves after all this time. Might be time to get a new suit. Meanwhile, go somewhere else.

The property WAS fine. I did locate an outside door that was unsecured!!! I was able to get back into the building WITHOUT the key. Thank you for letting me bring my 4-legger, but the charge was over the top!!!

I was really clean, and quiet. We loved our stay.

I enjoyed the speedy check in and the cleanness of the bathroom.

I was not happy with my stay at the hotel. The front staff was unfriendly or helpful. After traveling from Florida I was unaware of a 4 o'clock check in instead of 3. I have never been to a hotel that did not accommodate a member to check in early. The front staff was not helpful and refused. When finally checking in the person was rude. I got my card to check in and it would not work. I went back to the front desk waited again in line and explained the card would not work. She said "it should " gave me 2 more cards and called the service man. Now with 2 new cards and the service man the cards still did not work. The man had to go back to the front desk again to get 2 more working cards. I am 69 and this is unacceptable with having to carry my luggage back and worth.

Excellent space for a family. The couch pull out bed/living area was separated from the King bed area by a door. Everyone had space and privacy. Extremely clean. Breakfast was good and not crowded.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to help out our group at every turn.

Having to pay for parking on top of the hotel fee was unappreciated. I can see how it might be an issue when the rodeo is going on but it was not. And the parking lot was far from full.

The swimming pool is poorly treated and dirty. To have to pay extra for parking as a guest in the hotel is ridiculous and why I will not stay at your hotel again. The breakfast was cold and the coffee looked and tasted like motor oil. The ladies in the kitchen area do not like their jobs and do a poor job of providing items that may run out or needs refilling in the breakfast station. I will not stay at your hotel again.
