The staff is responsive and friendly.

Appliances did not work (stove and dishwasher). Old and out of date. TV from 25 years ago

Ms Brandie was outstanding. We have stayed many other hotels in fort Meyers this one was by far the best. Ms Susan as well was such a help. The kindness customer service and attention to detail and our needs was exceptional.

Great pool area which has preserve/ trees behind it. Very serene. Employees are the very best for all concerns. 2 bedrooms at reasonable rate. We are still waiti g on the updates to come as the furniture, carpet and kitchen area are very dated.

I liked that the staff accommodated my request for a clean, quiet room on the 5th floor. All of the staff very nice.

Wonderful motel. Clean spacious suite. Great pool and spa. Affordable washers and dryers that use credit card for payment. Front desk was very friendly and informative . Will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Staff were nice and facility was clean albeit slightly run down in the halls but rooms were very nice and comfortable to stay in. Area around is a bit busy with a main road running through but not terrible to navigate. All around a good place to spend a few nights in and see what the fort Myers area has to offer.

Not good. Was told couldn’t have my girlfriend’s children upstairs because we were only allowed a total of 3 people!! Makes no sense being the average American has 2 children and a spouse. Will never stay here again

The room was very nice and had all amanities needed. The elevators were very warm, hiwever, lol. I would definitely stay here again!!!

I rated this an average because it did have things I did like. Especially for the price. Some of the rooms were remodeled and some were not. We wanted the stove top in our room and that room was very run down but everything worked. Personally the thing that bothered me was the "cheapness" of the policy of the motel. I asked for a coffee filters and got one. LOL They are very stingy on towels and the pool towel is not a pool size towel. Also if you want ice you have to go to the front desk and they will ration the amount of ice you can get. I asked for more ice and they said I would have to come back down and get more. We were on the fifth floor. Overall I would stay here again but the "cheapness" was hard to swallow for me.

I stayed in March. The front desk staff were lovely but the place is not nice. Dirty hall carpets, cockroaches. It's dated, which is fine, but too far gone. Needs to be demolished.

The staff were courteous and professional. The room was more than we expected allowing for a peaceful rest on our journey. The hot tub made for a great start to my morning. We will definitely stay again.

The pool was ok

This property should not be on Expedia or any other site. VERY run down . We walked into the room and the refrigerator door was all rusty, the carpet was stained and dirty, the bed box spring fabric was all ripped and stained, there was an old very noisy portable dehumidifier in the middle of the room. You could smell mold. Seriously, worst hotel I have ever walked into.

There’s a reason why the parking lot is always empty, they charge too much for what they are and nothing worked

The room was nice and clean bed the bed was really hard sleeping on. Very uncomfortable.

Housekeeping only on Mondays. Not noted on website. No coffee or snacks available. Bathroom floors are extremely slippery.

Our room (suite) was in excellent condition. It was huge and had a kitchenette!! The hallways could use some updating and an ice machine would be a nice addition. But the front desk people were very helpful and accommodating…and gave us ice! Great locations!!

Good deal for a night near the airport. Flight got delayed, no problem checking in at 2am and was given a late checkout at 12 when i asked.

Honest review for those that read these: This was the nicest "older" resort we have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and clean. Staff checkin was excellent, very friendly. Be aware that this is an older building, but the owners have done a great job keeping in maintained. Kitchenette and appliances as well as some tvs (old tube tvs) certainly need some upgrading but should NOT keep you from wanting to stay here. Itbwas very quirt even though it is next to a busy road. We had a 2 room suite which was very nice with 2 queen beds on one side- a single queen on the other- a 'lockout' type unit. It doent have the fancy features that a new timeshare would have, but the pool and hot tub were more than adequate for our kids and grandkids. We have stayed at a lot of the fancy new resorts in Orlando, so we have a lot to compare to, and we would certainly feel perfectly comfortable to stay here again the next time we stay in Ft Meyers.

The staff was stellar. Very friendly and helpful. Too many charges though. The toilet in the room was way too small. Kitchen was clean but in poor shape. Cooking utensils were very limited. Had to ask for extra towels for the room. Very sparse light outside building. It was way too dark at night. That’s a real safety concern. I want give a shout out to Brandy and Dana. They were great. For the price I paid, it was adequate but the room I had at least could use an upgrade.

This place has a roach infestation April 2024 4th floor. Property is not well maintained, carpet is heavily stained throughout all the hallways and public areas. This was not disclosed at time of booking.
