Service was great rooms out dated and noisy

Very run down, room stinks!

Not clean, old ,service no hospitality

The area was dark with an unstable young lady running around the parking lot and front desk clerk refused to call police to get her help. No air conditioning… had to leave window open all night and with druggies running around did not feel safe …we asked for W/C access room and was given a room on second floor with no elevators, then was moved to a room back of hotel with room with steps up and back door had steps up and door ways not wide enough for chair…. Imagine the troubles we had. Blood on hair dryer , hair on hair dryer , room carpet and under bed was filthy … not a pet friendly room either which she said it was .. Front desk clerk was horrible on check out ,she/he was rude , not concerned about young lady in parking lot , offered no remorse when I stated we stayed here before and it was not like this ! We will never be back and I will be telling all my friends not to stay there as it’s unsafe and the staff don’t care …

The pictures lie. They do not reflect the poor standard to which this hotel has been maintained. The door to our bathroom stuck, the windows were caked with dirt and need replacement, in general, the room was not as clean as it should be considering the cost of the rooms. There is no elevator or assistance for baggage.

An emergency came up and I had to cancel my reservation 2 days in advance. They took my money for the room and wouldn't reimbursee me.

It was okay but not as nice as the pictures. Room was a bit run down, lobby was nice.

Building upkeep was poor Housekeeping not good found chip bag under chair Had to ask front desk 3?times to get room made up and nee towels Seems thst hotel has become a apartment type setting for low income people

The place was dirty. Bathroom fan not working. Wanted pool it was closed

Doors did not fit, mould around bathtub, property looked unkempt. Won't be going back there,

The building needs a major renovation, flooring , paint, fixtures etc. The ceilings are low, terrible fluorescent lighting, the hallway and rooms smell like stale cigarettes. Deferred maintenance runs rampant. This property could be at the end of its economic life. There were very few guests. The room was clean.

Air conditioning was not working, many people loitering around hotel, people yelling in parking lot all night, we left the hotel at 2:30 AM. We booked online which was very deceiving as to condition of hotel, pool had a sign that said it was condemned by the board of health. Booked hotel because of the Wyndham name but have lost faith.

Lack of lighting was so dark at night..we couldn't find the entrance..The plastic keys didn't work and the room smelled musty

Worst place I have ever stayed. The door to the room would not close. The carpets were filthy. The pool was closed for renovations. We were directed to an alternative door that was closer to our room, it was out of order. Breakfast included was not free but al a cart. The toilet ran all night and the tv worked intermittently.

This hotel consists of a very old, dungeon like building. While the staff is hospitable and cooperative, there are serious concerns such as: Towels smell like crap Faucets are rusty Washrooms are extremely congested Carpets are old and dirty The building smells like some old prison

Catfished by website write up and photos. Property needs renovating and major TLC. Not worth the price.

No elevator for third floor

This is not the same as the photos on the website. A motel trying to be a hotel. The room was clearly once a meeting space with beds placed in it. Couch had stains. The lights were blinking. We left and did not stay

Nice and quite

The room was so filthy. The bedding was stained. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom door was coming apart. The AC was broken. The entire room was stained and dirty. There were so many people trying to leave at the same time as us, because how bad it was.

the toilet was not flushing properly one flush every hour night clerk would do nothing but fix in morning not good for 3 seniors day clerk was excelant and proffesional

Close to airport where l was going

This property is filthy and the hotel structure is badly deteriorated. As just one example, I found a decomposed piece of fruit, likely weeks old, under a piece of furniture. This place is disgusting, there is no reason why someone should ever stay here.

Room was swapped by management because air conditioning was not working in booked room. The room had no electrical outlets for microwave or coffee maker. Access to electrical outlets for computer were not available due to inaccessible and in use by television and lamps. The continental breakfast was adequate however the toaster was not functioning correctly and the area smelled of burnt toast, additionally the seating in the dining area was stained. Though setup for a restaurant there is no restaurant services.

Dirty hotel, carpet stunk, half the stuff was opertional. Called for extra blankets but housekeeping isnt available so only provided. Overall sub par visit

I don't know if it's because i traveled with my Little dog, and they gave nasty Room when you have a pet, but the carpet was sticky, and IT was smelly IT the Room. We had an electrical breakdown from 11:30 pm... We left at 5:30 on the morning and we were still in the black... No hot water. All the Exit normally Locked was open...

No air conditioning in two of the 4 rooms. Noisy, especially with the window open. Pool has been “temporarily closed” for 3 years. What a dump.
