Overnight stay with my 3 granddaughters. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked a room for 3 people family, the room is good, warm (in winter) bright, breakfast includes. We liked it, I recommend it. The only thing is that I booked a room and paid in advance, but when we arrived at the reception there was an old man and he couldn't find me until we showed the reservation number, it went quickly. Thank

First time staying in a Microtel. Didn't know what to expect but I was really impressed with the rooms. The windowsill bed was an added bonus. I would definitely stay at another Microtel Inn in the future.

Desk attendant was unfriendly; room was "tired" and run down. Got the sense that we were put in a "bad" room because we had 2 cats - but we paid for those cats - why put us in a poor room?

I read the reviews and went with this property based on what others said. Did online check in but it didn’t work. Check in easy and quick. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was eggs, waffles and danishes. Room was clean. No complaints!

Went to see the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Hotel very close to those areas and walking distance to Mexican and Italian restaurants. Room very clean, good shower pressure. Included breakfast very good. Room a bit small but quiet and bed very comfy. Price good. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Got there late to check in. Did have a reservation, no pool, fitted sheets werent clean had some stains. The showers have normal size bottle shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion.

Value for price was very poor. Paid much more than room was worth. Should have been half the price I paid.

Reserved room with king size bed, was given a queen, 2 doors from lobby! You had enough room to walk around the bed, no chair. Cushion positioned over the air conditioning unit. Traffic noises most of night and plenty of disturbing sounds all night. Oh, breakfast inckuded a loaf of white bread and bag of bagels from Walmart, just unti the twist tie!

THE SECOND WE WALKED INTO THE ROOM THERE WAS A HORRIBLE SMELL. HUSBAND TOLD THE GIRL AT THE DESK AND SHE ADVISED US THERE WAS NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR THE NIGHT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NON SMOKING ROOM WHICH DEFINITELY HAD BEEN SMOKED IN. THEY WERE NOT VERY PLEASANT WHEN TOLD THIS AND NOT ACCOMODATING AT ALL.

The driveway was about a mile from the interstate we took to our destination. The property is seemed to be new so everything worked well. Everything we saw was clean and well maintained.
