They changed my reservation without telling me, cancelled my second night stay, removed all of my belongings from the room and didn’t even call me. My stuff was placed in garbage bags and taken down to housekeeping. Terrible experience.

Really great find!! Went to town for a concert and stayed overnight. The lobby bar was cozy, staff, exceptional and upgraded our room to pure comfort!! Will be back!!

Hotel room was tired. There was no fresh water bottles, coffees, tea, milk or other amenities. The cups and silverware were filthy so even with what we brought in we had no supplies with which to eat.
The kitchen sink was broken so even water was not drinkable.
In the bathroom there were no supplies such as body cream or q tips. Only supply was shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall.
There was no food available after 6:00pm and no menu in the room as to what may have been served if anything.
All in all this was the worst recent hotel stays we experienced especially in a Hyatt.
Perhaps you could follow up on this review.

My family and I stayed over for one night. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks from the bar were too strong I couldn’t drink it, the bartender couldn’t do a sex on the beach, it was only whatever was on their menu. The beds were comfortable. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel are good quality… definitely felt clean after using it. There were some things falling apart at the room like where you place the toilet paper, and one of the bathtubs had some dark spots. There was a shortage of towels at the pool the day we stay over. The manager that was working that day was amazing, she was attentive, she was trying her best to get everyone towels at the pool, she was collecting garbage after people finished eating in the patio. We ordered pizza and a 2 litter soda and she noticed that we didn’t had cups and she went inside and got us cups for all of us. And I saw the manager working on different areas most of the day and talking to people making sure everything was alright. The best part about this place is that they have board games, dominos, card games that you can borrow to play with your family in the lobby on in the rooms… that was cool.

The location is perfect, not too close but not too far from downtown white plains. Breakfast options could be better, same items everyday. The front door (lobby) staff is amazing. Mr. Willie R , is perfect for the job. He’s friendly, down to earth and very personable as well as professional.

Stayed for two nights for a family event. Our room was REALLY small. It was a "D" room which I believe is the adjoining room for a larger suite. I do not believe that is what we signed up for or paid for.

What I didn’t like was that they gave me a different room. Asked why because it went through Expedia or another party participate. It was a small attached room to another.

I had a great stay at your hotel. The only problem especially because I’m dealing with lung cancer is that your hotel allows people to smoke right outside the front entrance.

we reserved the hotel because it had a pool. We were disappointed that the pool closes at 6:00 PM. We stayed in the Marriott and the Hampton Inn in the same week, and both had their pools close at 10:00 PM. Also the breakfast experience was very bad. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when it was our turn, there was no food. The lady who was supposed to refill the food was also making omelettes which didn't make sense at all. The line for the omelettes was also long and it was very slow too. The room itself was nice. However, the rest of the hotel experience was not satisfactory. We expect better service. Finally, for the pool we thought it was odd that we had to sign a waiver and the kids had to wear bracelets. None of the other hotels have that.

I have been to this hotel multiple times and my most recent stay was below subpar. Check in is at 4pm and they only allow you 2 hours in the pool in the height of summer. They abruptly kick you out exactly at 6 pm. So now, you pay for two hours of pool use. On top of this, their employees approached our family to ask us to leave the courtyard as guests are no longer allowed to congregate outside. When I asked the employee, he informed us these are new rules that became effective the night before. Truly sad to see these negative changes being implemented. You expect to get away for a night or more and new policies are placed suddenly that leave you with a less then stellar experience. Very disheartening

We came to stay the night before my daughters wedding. It was very expensive for what we got. The room smelled very musty and we both had bad allergies, the bed was sunken in and the pillows were pretty flat. We did not have a comfortable stay. I was very disappointed

The rooms or a least the one I had(king suite) seemed very small and cramped. I never seen housekeeping during my stay (5nights) except for when they would bring me some towels. I guess room cleaning is optional, and they expect the guests to use the same towels and linens for the entire stay. Very disappointing!!!!

Check in was at 4, we were told at 4:08 that our room was not ready (along with many other people) and to come back at 4:45. At 5pm, room still not ready. We were told it was because the hotel was fully booked the night before so they couldn’t clean the rooms in time.
So, they’re saying the hotel is not functioning properly.
I have never experienced this in my life.
Room finally ready at 6pm.
No offer of something like water bottles or a snack ir anything else as an apology.
The worst part was how rude the front desk guy was about all of this. Made us feel like we were the problem! Clearly he was not trained to handle this situation.
The main elevators are broken so we had to walk sooo far to get to our room. No sign of them being fixed anytime soon.
Bartender was very pleasant.

Hotel was short staffed. Our room was not ready until 30 minutes after check in time. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you call from the room, probably bc there is one staff. The restaurant was out of 2 key meals, and the bartender was the only staff working in the space making either drinks or food delayed on a busy Saturday evening. Finally, our bed had a large stain on the mattress pad that was visible through the sheets. As my children were already asleep and the front desk didn’t answer the phone I had no choice but to sleep in the stained bed. I would have expected more from a high end, name brand hotel.

Stayed there from Thursday night to Saturday. Loved the room however, the AC vent above the kitchen leaked a lot. Every time we went out or looked into the kitchen there was a puddle there. So cleaning that up was a bit of a hassle. There also wasn’t hot water coming from the sink. Not too big of a deal. Also, the door to the bathroom did not close at all. So that was also a problem for us. Other than that, the staff was amazing. The food was pretty good. Checking in and out was extremely easy. I’d stay again honestly

The staff always steps up above and beyond

An immediate member of my family passed away 2 hours after I checked in and had to immediately check out without staying the night. Nothing in the room had been touched, only bags were placed on the floor and staff was unwilling to provide any sort of credit for future use. Very disappointed with Hyatt and their lack of sympathy.

Had to wait over an hour after check in to get into my room. Had to sit in the lobby after traveling. Got to our room and we were only in a full/queen bed even though we paid for a king bed. Too tired to complain.

The kitchenette at the room was a big plus! Room was clean and accomodating.
We spend most of our stay at the outdoor pool, there was no lifeguard on duty but a pool boy willing to help with anything, he was the sweetest!
We had a gret time at Hyatt House.
