Rooms are nice and clean

First room had a tv that didn't work, so we moved. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, pillows were fluffy. Room was quiet. Only complaint, towels were very scratchy. Will be going back

The rooms were very dirty and the chair in the room had no leg on it. The elevator is in very poor condition. Police and vagrants were there constantly. Was uncomfortable with being approached and harassed by the residents who seem to live and hang out there. Terrible experience as I was there for a funeral and had no rest while there. Shut that place. down before a paying customer gets robbed assaulted or worse. AAA will be informed of our experience and hopefully they will not suggest anyone stay there.

This was an extremely uncomfortable stay I wanted to leave the first day. Imagine I’m traveling to see my grandson and someone is complaining about my 6 year old grandson but for two nights the cops were there and some woman was laid out on the lobby’s couch it was just horrible I couldn’t believe it, I paid the same amount as I would’ve for an upscale hotel the only difference this was a one bedroom suite. The staff is okay but there were repair issues I was supposed to stay for a week but I went somewhere else.

They sold the room I reserved prior. They stated they upgraded me but was not an upgrade. They said wouldn’t even give me pillows for the sofa bed.

We actually opted to take a loss and not stay at this property... It looked more like a truckers motel than the hotel I seen on pics while booking )-: Lady at the front desk was very nice over the phone and agreed to an early check-in, but when I got to the property at 1:30pm, I was asked to pay $15 for an early check-in fee (seriously?)... At the end of our event, we opted to drive home instead as it didn't look like we'll be enjoying much comfort there...

I was under the impression that would be breakfast. Ran out of juice, made my bed one day.

No good, had to change room because of bugs

Majority of the surfaces in the room were sticky or had caked on gunk from obvious lack of cleanliness. When I arrived, there was another tenant screaming and it was heard through the halls. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and the area around the property had little life, but you get what you pay for. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Not to mention, the accessibility in proximity to restaurants in walking distance was a plus.

Just what I expected for a one night stay at a Super 8. Was very pleased with room. Things were just average all around and that was fine for what I needed.

Took 30 minutes for them to check me in and give me a card, hair dryer didn’t work, room was so dirty, stains on sheets, smelled horrible.

I booked a 2 bed room and was given a 1 bed with a pullout. While not ideal i made due... However when i walked in i didn't even want to sit on anything. It was gross, smelled of mildew or something and had holes and writing on the walls. It had to be kn my top 5 worst hotel rooms ive ever stayed in and I've stayed in places all over the world... Thankfully it was only a VERY quick stay so I didn't bother switching to another hotel...but i toyally would have otherwise.

The king non smoking room was used for smoking for the smell was still in room comforters had burn holes and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to go out and by bleach and comet to clean the bathroom before it could be used the toliet and the tub. Unacceptable!!!!!

Although the staff was friendly at check-in, the room was disgusting. From the stale cigarette smell in the hallway to the cigarette I found stuffed into the couch in the room (of an allegedly non-smoking hotel); from the stains on the couch cushions to the burn holes in the sheets and blankets; from the dirt in the bathtub to the spider webs in the corner (not cobwebs-actual spider webs with actual spiders) this room was not fit for occupancy. We arrived late after a 12 hour drive in an area where other hotels were unavailable; otherwise, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. There is no breakfast, even though it is advertised on some websites as providing one. Holes in the walls and crumbling drywall completed the presentation. The only plus is that there was no sign of bedbugs or other vermin. I simply cannot recommend that anyone stay at this location, at least until significant remodeling, sanitation and upkeep are provided.

It was fine

Though a great location and close to Super Walmart, the room furniture was stained(chair), curtains stained and didn't close tightly. Bathroom shower curtain smelled of pee, and sink furniture fallen apart and not attached. Very noisy on 1st floor. Room 138 needs help. Please wash all linen including bed covering.

We booked this stay for a wedding in the area. The staff wasnt friendly, the room was dirty, with holes in the bathroom: ceiling, wall, and door. The iron stained my trousers and dress shirt, to the point that, I had to buy new clothes for the wedding. When running the heater at night it made the room reek of cigarettes, we had to turn it off and use extra blankets.

My second night at this property and I got the same room with a remote control for the TV that still didn’t work. Within 30 minutes of getting into my room there’s a knock at the door. It was a staff member saying “Housekeeping may have left a yellow can of cleaner, can I check for it?” He looks through the bathroom and my room, satisfied there is no cleanser he goes to leave. Then asked me “Can I get some of your Vodka?”. Suffice to say it was not an enjoyable stay and doesn’t justify the cost or the $50 hold on my bank account.

Nice employees but the room I was in looked dingy, with a chipping bathtub and a slow running drain. The suitcase/luggage holder was broken. Near local shopping.

Walking in the building, did not smell so good. First room assigned to us, smell much worse. Given another room smell back to baseline smell. Could not get over the smell.

This property was very dirty, and unsanitary. The toilet leaked, and they tried to charge me an additional fee for the possibility that I might break something inside the room. The chairs and the comforter was stained and patched. And, it appears that some vagrants were living on or near the property. I would not recommend this property to anyone. It is absolutely horrible. Had I not been busy with other things I would have asked for a refund and sought out another place of lodging.
