We were very disappointed. The room had a horrible smell, the carpet was sticky, toilet handle was broken, towels were see thru and not much breakfast items available.

The staff is amazing never rude with you when you need something as well as make sure you do get what you need and things like that they are over all a good place . The breakfast could be a little better but can’t always have what we want lol 😆 threat place

This property advertises a “construction special” price. It is NOT. The carpet in the hall is nasty, it smells like weed daily, and the cops and EMT’s showed up one day. That’s in what little time I was around that week. My room AC didn’t have a filter, the flooring was coming apart, and my socks turned black walking around. Bring Lysol!

Where to begin.....
The whole place smelled of smoke even though they called it a non smoking facility.
The smoke detector in my room did not have a battery in it.
The cushion behind the door was smashed into the wall.
The towels were tiny and they were not very clean along with the pillowcases.
It was a noisy hotel with dogs barking, kids crying and people coming and going at all hours.
One of my keys never worked and the other one took several tries to open the door each time. The front desk reprogrammed them once without any improvement.
The breakfast was lacking in options and the yogurts were frozen.
Not a place I would recommend to get a good night's sleep.

There were 3 police cars blocking the entry when we arrived. They were arresting someone. There were people sitting outside drinking making the entrance accessibility uncomfortable. The hotel is dated. The room wasn’t horrible but there was only a sheet and a dust cover on the bed so it was cold. The AC was old and the knob labels have wore off so it was difficult to see if we had the air or heat turned on.

I didn’t come in the hotel. The conditions outside were bad. The curtains in a few of rooms were hanging and the white liner of curtains were dirty and stained. The outside weren’t as shown in the picture.

The suite was very roomy with a jacuzzi tub. The luggage cart (large one) needs some work as it wouldn't really do well with my luggage. Bringing my own sheets for comfort. Great Walkability to a few restaurants and a super market Definitely returning soon

We were traveling for graduation festivities for three of our nephews and tried contacting the hotel the previous day before traveling and the morning of, to make sure they had a pet friendly room. We never got through and upon arrival, we were told they couldn't accommodate us. We were still charged, although we had to find another place to stay! This was so inconvenient!

We did not stay either night. It was dirty it smelled of smoke. There were drunk men outside. I asked the check in desk about smoke smell he said he had to call the police to remove the man. We told him we did not feel safe at his hotel.

The hotel was very poorly maintained. There were issues with the floors in the room coming apart and also the carpet in the hallway being wet from the rain. The breakfast they offered wasnt good. The bed wasn't comfortable. There is just a long list of issues. The front desk staff was nice and the air conditioning worked. Those were the only two good things about our stay.

Checked in and front desk was nice. Went to go in and the back doors did not have a way to enter with a key....so they just left it cracked so anyone could get in during the night. Before I went to bed, I pulled both doors shut to ensure no one could get in that was not supposed to be there...by morning it was propped open again.....with a bottle of mouthwash.
Dried blood on my wall under the window where it had dripped down and dried. No room phone and no room clock. Shower did not drain. Very bad smell on bottom floor

There were unsavory people milling around the parking lot. The hotel exterior was shabby. The room was gross the tub was filthy, there were roaches everywhere. The power in half the room didn't work so the tv, microwave and refrigerator were out as well as one of the lamps. There was a wet spot the size of a dinner plate on the floor at the foot of tha bed that NEVER dried. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow cases were dirty. Felt like I needed a shower when I left.

I went down for breakfast at 0900 and there was only dry ceral. a slice of bread and coffee. There was not anyone there to refill anything. I was highly disappointed especially when there was at least 1 one hour left for breakfast.
