The room was very nice. Not sure why they didn’t make the bed but was no big issue.

Kim, assistant manager, was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely big room and clean. Only issue was no fan in bathroom and the hallway smelled very damp and like urine. Dehumidifiers were in the hallway and seemed to be making some difference.
Good breakfast and good location to a nice part of town.

Excellent location for town and airport. Reception manager (Kim) really friendly and helpful. Good value and breakfast was an added bonus.

This place was great! I saw good reviews but didn't expect much.
It was safe, well lit, card swipes everywhere, and the retro feel was pretty cool. Kind of a 70's, Austin Powers vibe. Not in the way like they dont want to spend the funds on upgrades, and renovations. It was intentional! I actually would like some of the furniture/decor in my place.
The rooms are pretty large for how compact it looks from the outside.
Very quiet, and clean rooms! There is shopping, and eateries all around you. Short walks to the river, or beach also.
Ill stay there again!

Reasonable, and nice place to stay ,close to a lot of stuff .

Great value…even had a peek a boo view of the intracoastal from our window. Bed was super comfy…room recently updated…walking distance to downtown Melbourne with a less than 5 minute drive to the beach. Morning coffee at the grab and go breakfast along with bagels and breakfast sandwiches we’re good too.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and informative. They remembered who we were the whole time! Priced fair and we would stay here again

Jenny was very nice, professional and even took the time to let us know of a launch that evening and where to a short walk away for the best viewing. It was a highlight of the day. Room was very clean and we were impressed by the dehumidifier in the room. The side entrance doors really could only be accessed via key card. Free breakfast was nice with several choices to heat with microwave plus the usual continental breakfast items. Bed were comfortable and we both sleep well.

The front desk associates were so nice. We got into town after 10pm and the lady at the desk (forgot her name) was super nice and upgraded our room. We ended up staying another night and will probably do another night as well. The other woman that rebooked our room at 11am today was also great!
