I reserved a room at 8:30 am for that evening. at 4:30 pm when I was heading to the hotel, I received a call telling me that there was no room available. The hotel rep said the third party online reservation site information was outdated!

We arrived an hour after check-in time, so it's like we were trying to get an early check-in. There was a line out the door and the lobby was packed - not a good sign. The hotel did not have any rooms cleaned and did not know when they would. 90% of the people trying to check-in came into town for the Rolling Stones concert. So we all wanted to get checked in and get ready for the show. The hotel knows in advance how many people are checking in for any given day. There is absolutely no reason to not have enough help to get the rooms clean in time for check in

I booked and paid for the room in April, but on arrival (3:15 pm) we had to wait in a slow line and were told they were cleaning the rooms and were going on a list to wait for a room. There was one desk person checking in people and taking phone calls. They finally added a second. Then she was saying something about having to pay before going on the list. We were upset and only stayed because we didn’t know if we could find another place at that point.

Got in at 3pm (check in was 3pm) and was told our room wasn’t ready. In fact, they didn’t have rooms ready for any of the next 20+ customers. We were all just standing around in the lobby as they told us it would be over an hour until our room was ready. We had a concert to go to and time was not on our side with a late check in. Very unprofessional staff. We didn’t get into our room until after 4pm. Room was fairly clean. No cups. No ice in the building. No bathroom provided in the lobby for anyone waiting an hour+ for their room to be ready. Had to drive to a gas station to use the restroom.

The walls were filthy, the chair was stained, the sink was cracked, the carpet was sticky and the room stunk.
The elevator also made an odd noise like it was on its last legs.

When we arrived at 4;00 PM there was no room available! We went back to the hotel at 6:00 PM there was still no rooms available. The desk clerk took my phone number and said he would call us when a room opened up. I never recieved a call. When do I get my refund?

A very strong odor immediately noticed in the hallway and stairwell. Room looked clean. Beds uncomfortable and only had two small waded up pillows for each bed. Breakfast was small muffins and coffee on a small table by the reception desk.

So i got the room for cheap and that how you can describe the room. As soon i walked in, there was this weird smell coming from the room, stains all over the room and bathroom. Room also had a kitchen and all the appliances must be over 10 years old. Found a bug in the bathroom.
Only good thing about my stay is the staff was very professional and pleasant.

The lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was so awesome and accommodating to the fact that my boyfriend and I had our cat with us. And she worked with us to let us stay a little longer to make sure we could get everything out, including the cat. This place is so amazing, I wish we could live here forever.

The staff is fantastic, but whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed. It is apparent that they have not given the staff the resources to be successful to provide guest with a comfortable stay.

It was a clean room. The view was of the roof. The grab and go breakfast was not great. Nothing but oatmeal and crunchy granola bars. The coffee pot was empty and we had to wait. There were no coffee cups and no cream.

Staff was nice enough. The elevator was severely outdated and loud and shaky. We ended up taking the stairs for the rest of our stay. Walking to our room we passed a man you could definitely tell was on some kind of drug. We waited for him to go around the corner before entering our room. The curtains were very old and worn and barely kept any actual light out when closed. We left for an event and when we came back about 3 hours later, we opened the door to find the ceiling light cover had fallen to the floor. I’m for sure it wasnt the first time since when you looked up you could see the hanging duct tape that they must have tried to fix it with at some point before. We had to sleep with the tv on in order to not hear the tv on in the room next to us. I suppose the cheap price definitely reflected what we got. It worked for us to sleep quick and get back on the road early but I would never stay here again.

When I checked in, I was verified the room number with the front desk to make sure it was correct. There was someone in my room. They had given me someone else’s room. The fact that it just happened shows how bad their security is. The elevator sounded like I was about to break. The only exterior door you can use is the front door. Every other door has a place to scan your room key, but the scanners do not work. There is no security. The front desk does not screen people who walk in, and anyone can just walk up to the rooms. Cigarette smoke came through my bathroom fan every day. My room was not clean. There was blood on the wall, toenail clipping on the bed, and two dirty towels. The neighbors played music at all hours of the night. I walked past the room service cart one day and it reeked of marijuana. You get what you pay for. This place was $40/night less than the other hotels nearby.

I checked in at 3:00 p.m. took my belongings up. Came back around 8:00 p.m. and my key will not let me into my room. The reception is act like I did something wrong because they were overbooked because of the Drake concert but it wasn't my fault. Other than that, great experience with my husband.

Good price but the cleanliness was subpar, especially in the hallways. Also the room key system was down so the desk clerk had to let us back onto our room every time we left.

I was surprised that being in the area it's in, lots of weed smells, police presence and the room was fairly worn down. The carpet had stains, toilet was low making it hard to sit down and stand up. The staff was helpful but could tell they didn't want to be there. We had a non smoking room it still smelled. Even though it was conveniently close to restaurants, Walmart and the highway, we wouldn't stay here again.

My view is that I called before I came on my trip I spoke to a great gentleman around 7:00pm 12/09/23 and he was trying to help me book my hotel so couldn’t he told me I can come here and pay in person so when I get here 12/10/23 3:10am the person working the female receptionist was very rude has no type of customer service manners I think she needs to be better trained and only was she rude to me she was also rude to my daughters about a vending machine so I wouldn’t never book with this place again being that I travelled 8hours with my 1yr old grandson ,gf,and two step daughters and was treated the way I was by that one receptionist she was rude and disgusting I could never work in a place I don’t like to treat people like exspecially from coming out of town or anyone don’t like your job find a better one but other than that room was beautiful I loved the room and very quiet

it just seemed outdated - the cleanliness was a little questionable as well. We found little black curly hairs on several towels in the bathroom after we checked in. And the hallways and lobby reeked of cigarette.

Starting with the elevator which was filthy and had burn marks on the floor. Now the room had a nasty smell, the refrigerator looks like it was picked up by the side of the road. Dingy towels thay shoukd have been white were grey.and the green paint on the walls is headache inducing.
