Somewhat charmingly old quarters in the heart of Buenos Aires. It's on a street that really does evoke Broadway in New York. The only minor drawbacks are that 1) cabs seem to always end up dropping you off on the other side of the 2x2 lane one-way street and 2) the gym as of July 2024 is a joke, little more than a decades old garage gym with sand-filled plastic weights, one machine, and an overall pretty bleak feeling. The room itself is a proper suite, with a desk in the room, a middle hallway with a bathroom, and a front area with a few chairs, a table, and a sink. The lobby is very large and comfortable, with huge couches. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location near the Obelisco and lots of dining options within walking distance. Room had a microwave and hot water kettle and a small refrigerator. Got one bottle of wine upon arrival for being a silver member.

It’s in a great stay. A lot of movement outside, but quiet inside. Staff is very helpful if you need them. The property is in decent condition. Realize it’s the downtown area.

Rundown - rust in bathroom and amenities lack luster. Hotel is in a great location for theaters. Close to great landmarks. Staff were friendly and bilingual. Lobby was nice and room was spacious. Furniture was worn, bathroom had rust and wobbly towel bars. Rooftop pool was beautiful but very cold. Couldn’t get sauna to work.

Very comfortable stay. The room (Jr Suite) was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Literally a few steps away from the ‘obelisco’ on Corrientes street with tons of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Couldn’t be more happy with our choice.

Everything was very good. The only problems were the elevators. At one point both were out of service.

We had a late flight. Rather than lug our bags along all day and store them we found this hotel for 63 usd. It was a great location near the obelisk. We could relax and do some more sightseeing. The friendly staff and a pool on the roof made it even better. The two issues I had were the room was kind of noisy from the traffic and the a/c was kind of warm. To be fair we were not there long enough to ask for help. Definitely worth what we paid.

We loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat. Everything was fantastic and the rooms were huge. Pool on the roof is warm and nice. Staff and doormen are lovely.

There is poorly maintain property, there is no restaurant or bar ( on the web site it says there is ) very uconftable bed and pillows generały bad place would not recommend it to anyone

Such a great location and easy! Close to restaurants and the hop on hop off tour is a one minute walk. Grocery store across the street. Included breakfast is very good with a good selection. Coffee is excellent!

Very poor experience. Could not sleep until 4 am because of the noise. Hotel not so clean. Staff intruding in the room despite the fact we had a late check-out. Pool not working.

Our experience at this hotel was a profound disappointment. The service was atrocious and when there are customer service incidents, they refuse to rectify the situation. The hotel is clean and safe, but overpriced compared to other nearby hotels of this quality. Most people from the US wouldn’t think of it as “4 stars” or “all suites” — beware. You can stay at the same quality hotel for half the price nearby (such as the Grand King, which I also stayed at and found excellent) or at better hotels for the same price. Overall, avoid the Broadway and spare yourself some disappointment.

Liked the area of how close it was to landmarks but it can be a bit sketch sometimes. But nothing happened and it was a great experience!

Overall cleaning good with acceptable breakfast.
Gym was dissapointing as the exercise machine did not work well so I had to leave for an external gym.

The hotel was fine, but they closed the swimming pool just before we arrived. There was no information about this on the website. This was very disappointing, especially because the weather was lovely and warm during our stay. We wouldn't have gone if we had known the pool would be closed. Is it really too much to ask to state on the website that the swimming pool will close for the season on a certain date?

We have stayed here 4 times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Particularly Juan and Leandro.
