The property is just meh - there is nothing special about it, the rooms are relatively clean but certainly not comfortable, everything is dated and dingy, plus even the non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Will not stay again.

It was a good stay...just the bed is uncomfortable and could of use more pillows

I didn't like the fact that I had to wait 7min for the front desk to get off her personal call that came in from outside to behind the desk.

Ice not available, we were given two empty ice cube trays when we inquired about it and told to make it in the freezer in our own room. “Blanket” on the bed is really a glorified sheet, it offered no warmth. Coffee urn empty in the morning with no one at the service counter to inquire about making more. Overall smell of weed about the whole property. No readily available grassy area for our dog to relieve himself. Will not be returning.

The guest service was very nice but there no breakfast and the hallway was nasty and there was so much noise inside and outside the rooms unable to sleep until around 4am in the morning

It was great!

The staff was agreeable and straightforward in dealing with me. The outside door to near my room had no lock and anyone could come into the building. The shower had a musty odor.

There were no locks on the front of side entrances. My room was open when I arrived, door ajar. Once I checked the room had no strange people in it, it was ok. The beds were clean and bathroom. But the other rooms on the 1st floor had open windows to the outside. Felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. But was fine once I got inside the room.

We checked in around 11 pm as we were traveling and there was a white big lady at the front desk, she had no manners, was rude, unhappy, unwelcoming and didn’t care at all about the customers/guests. Very poor impression of this hotel and service. Will not ever go back or recommend this hotel!!!

It did not smell clean and the first room was not clean at the second room was a little better looked half clean and smelled like smoke. The property was run down.

Just a little run down, no cups/ ice bucket in room. Breakfast is kind of lame. Just grab and go.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have been very pleased with my stays for such a reasonable price. The staff has always been nice, the room clean and well stocked, and pretty quiet. The halls are rather dark, and a couple of things needed repaired, but no doubt they are working on this. The coffee is very good, and the snacks were fine. Since there is a nice kitchenette, I just bring my own food anyway..

Fix all the rust in the bathrooms and maybe provide more than just a tiny bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. Provide tissues for customers. It also smelled very weird when i entered the room. I had to spray my perfume to get rid of the wierd smell.

Comfy bed snd nice size room. Full size refrigerator. Friendly morning staff. Night staff so much! Rude. No ice bucket or cups. Freeway traffic loud all night. Smoke detector disconnected and found on the closet shelf. Food in the cupboards.

Gave my room away, even though booked in advanced, said they were full.Offered this room....left and went to another hotel.

The room felt and smelt extremely musty and stale. Though we were in a non-smoking room and per their policy it states they are a strictly no smoking environment, there was definitely a cigarette smell in the air, causing me to have a headache. There was also an extremely strong marijuana smell coming from the front desk upon check-in. The comfort of the bed was okay, however the main blanket ( the "comforter") was not much thicker than the sheet itself. Overall, the building, elevator, hallways and our room was not very sanitary. Water pressure was very low in the shower & sinks. We would never stay there again. The only positive feedback from our stay of this hotel is their staff was really friendly.

Hallways were dirty. Towels and bags all over the floor looks like they haven’t cleaned in days. Pillow sheets had stains on it. Overall could be cleaned way better.

The guy who checked me in put me in the wrong room and about 930pm a family tried their hardest to get into my room because they were checked in by someone else and it showed my room was unoccupied. My room had no phone so the front desk lady had to keep coming to my room to fill me in. The A/C blew warm air and the 4 days i was there it was in the 90's. The worst part of the stay was the 900lb person above me who walked bath and forth for 5 hrs straight every night. I complained every single night to no avail. They kept me awake until midnight every night and i had to be up at 530am and work a 10hr shift in the O.R. i will NOT be returning to this location ever again. Oh ...i forgot to mention the contact buzz i receieved every single day too. Pretty sure people were just smoking it in their rooms. Expedia should really cut ties with this location.

Friendly staff, tired rooms in need of a refresh. Leaking ceiling in hallway. Warning sign on elevator. Key cards didn’t work second night.

Service was excellent. The property is not well maintained though. Very old, very outdated, lots of broken things, not very clean. Too much light coming in window at night, pretty noisy in hallways. Again staff was very nice and accomidating. But i would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The whole hotel smelled horribly overwhelming like Marijuana but that is no fault of the hotel.

I needed a hair dryer. The coffee ran out each morning.

Staffs were rude, breakfast was horrible, rooms are so dirty. Worst experience with any extended stay hotels. I would not be coming back for sure to that hotel.

It took awhile to find my reservation then the room our keys did not work. The only thing good about the room was the bed was comfortable. There was soap left in the shower, maxi pads stuck to the door and the smoke alarm hanging out of the ceiling. Plus the air conditioning unit was so loud it was unbelievable.

Just ok. The mattresses were not in a cover. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling away. There was pink mold around the top of the shower head which had been painted over. The size of the room was good. Breakfast wasn’t really a full meal, just a snack. Kitchen items are an additional fee.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The room was in mostly good condition, although the smoke detector was disconnected and sitting on the table, and the bathroom light flickered consistently. I wish there was more breakfast options also, but overall a good experience at an affordable price.

Cleanliness was not great. Floors had areas that needed to be wiped, and bed sheets needed to be replaced. Since it was late sheets were only available from from desk.
