The staff was nice. The property inside and out needed cleaned.

Nice property for a small town

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was sufficient. I travel with dogs and the area behind the hotel was nice and grassy and clean. My only complaint is the area around the second entrance had cigarette butts and small pieces of trash everywhere.

Awesome, this was our second vacation stay at this lovely hotel. Fantastic service, owner and family are so friendly! We would stay here over and over again, highly recommended!

Possibility for at least a slow EV charger

The staff was friendly but our bathroom had mold or some sort of growth in the ceiling.

We reserved a King room -- were told by the staff there were none - it was an "internet" mistake - no compensation for a worse room. Asked for conditioner - I was told that "If I could read" the shampoo had conditioner in it! RUDE - sad to be treated so poorly.

The owner ran the front desk. He was so incredibly nice and helpful!

We’ve stayed here a few times and the staff is pleasant and the rooms are very nice. You can tell they work hard to make your stay comfortable.

Quiet spacious room. The bathroom was on the small side.laundry facilities were good. It was nice to have a large sofa in the room. Would recommend

Front desk was nice and helpful. I was there during sturgis so it was a little noisy inside at times but that’s to be expected at that time of year.

It was peaceful and other patrons were nice. Staff at check in was pleasant, however at check out was non existent

Never emptied garbage or restocked fresh towels and toilet paper, killed a quite a few bugs in the room while there!

Easy access

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was fine. The front desk clerk was very professional and helpful at check in.

This was the best Super 8 I've ever stayed in. Good breakfast with waffles and boiled eggs. Highly recommend it!

Front desk service staff was quite nice but hotel was not great. Continental breakfast was a bare minimum. Rooms had been recently painted but still smelled musty and smoky (enough to make us cough). Cleanliness was mediocre. Booked a double Queen with sofa, but they only gave us a small double Queen as they can’t guarantee rooms booked on 3rd party sites.

Enjoyed everything very friendly staff

The room was a little outdated. We were to have two queen beds, but due to some IT issue, we got a king size room. They did bring a roll away bed. The shower head was hard to move, the bathroom light was not working, the water knob for the bathtub was broken, and you could only have super hot water. Bed was uncomfortable. I and my family woke up in the morning for breakfast, loaded the car up and went to eat. They only had apples, bananas, cereal, waffle maker, and yogurt. I know some hotel’s continental breakfast are different, but most have some eggs and meat. We did not eat. After getting down the road, my father n law told us he woke up in the middle of night because he was itching from sleeping on the roll away bed. We stopped and checked the kids, they had a few bites on them as did we. We did not have before. May have been a mosquito that got inside, who knows. We would not stay and I would caution anyone.

We arrived at the hotel only to be told they cancelled our reservation. No effort was made to contact us through hotels.com. Not impressed. Luckily, there was another hotel across the street that had rooms available. I cannot give a review on the comfort or condition of the hotel.

The room is clean and not noisy, very convenient to the hot-spring. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Smelled like dirty wet Shepard, but I don’t own a Shepard. Had to go to dollar tree to by a fly swatter and 20 inch bar to place in the window sill.Killed three flys that I did not bring. They joined their five friends in fly heaven, already dead in the window sill.Found broken ear bud charging case, (bright yellow?) and Gatorade cap in corner on floor. I was in a hurry, when I booked, shame on me.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great rates; what more could you ask for? Guest laundry room was spotless.

Dog food on the floor was kinda a turn off but the staff was very nice.

Overall we had no issues with getting a room. The person at the desk went above and beyond. We had an issue where the shower about ours had leaking into our shower. The lady took no time to get us into another room that didn't have any issues. She wasn't the actual manager, and I wish I could remember her name, because she did a terrific job!

I stayed there on July 4 and as soon as I arrived I knew I had made a mistake. The first room they had me in reeked of cigarette smoke so they were able to move me to a better smelling room across the hall. The rooms are dingy and the ones on the first floor feel like a basement. But the biggest problem was the owner allowed people to set off fireworks in the parking lot within 20 feet of the cars. A lot of people from town used the parking lot to watch the official fireworks which was ok but it was the super loud private fireworks that terrified my dog. I complained and told the manager I would be staying only one night with over 24 hours notice for the second night but they charged me for two regardless. Super 8’s vary a lot but this was one of the worst.
