The plane disappointed me!

While the facility is supposed to be smoke-free, our room smelled of cigarettes. Our room also lacked basic amenities. There was no bathmat, no hand soap or soap of any kind in the room. I went to the front desk and was told they were still installing dispensers and was handed a cup of hand soap and a cup of shampoo. This was the closest available motel to UD so we roughed it for a night. Won't be doing that again.

Smelled of cigarettes, water puddle from air conditioner. No soap in the shower.

I didn’t stay at the hotel I requested a refund and they still charged me for 2 days! The guy said he could give me a refund and then proceeded to give me a fake email address saying I have to contact management about my refund.

Price was good.

Doors not closed due to not fitting frame. sink needs faucet properly attached to sink. Toilet lid not proper to bowl size. Spiders need removed to many.

Good budget hotel nice staff

When I arrived was told that most of the televisions were not working. Asked to cancel but couldn’t as this was not known prior to reservation.

The staff was very unpleasant. They were not kind about my service animal. The AC was very weak and noisy, but we couldn't change rooms without fees. We could not get an accessible room for our handicap child. The furniture was stained and the bathtub didn't drain well. The carpet was wet in some places, we had to put towels down. The staff was entirely unsympathetic, offering no accommodations or discounts for the discomfort. Frankly they were too busy hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed with their friends to care about their guests. In addition it was a terrible location, VERY VERY noisy.

Older place. Room was clean but air didnt work well, so it was a warm sleep. TV was smashed but I understand it was a discounted room for that reason. Whatever… we just needed a place to sleep for the night and it was fine.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. The facility was barely working. The air conditioner was old and worked marginally. The cable TV didn't work. The area was industrial, but close to the University of Dayton by several blocks. It was probably good for the price.

Beding

I gave it a 4 star , only because this was my second weeknand still no TV , not that i care much either way , just know a lot of guest would especially ones with children.

Easy check in

Walked in and there was trash all over the floor stains on the bed and some kind of throw up all over the bathroom there is alot more i just do t have time to list them.

I read a bunch of recent reviews, and i found them completely wrong. TV didnt work although they told me at check inn..i your there to work or business..i dont need TV.

Looks like a local hangout for drug users...0/10 do not recommend

Straight motel, does not look like the photos at all. Very sketchy area and did not feel comfortable here. Did not have what the hotel offers on their website either. Would not refund us our money and just overall poor service.

Refused to check in. Such trash. Please refund me the money.

The room had hair in the shhets. Tub. Back of toliet. By the sink. Glitter and a pile of dust/dirt by the bed. Dried piss on the edge of the toliet

The amenities did not work well. I was locked out of my room twice because of the door mechanism was dying. The staff was unhelpful. TV did not work and they were not planning on fixing it. The air did not work and they had no plans on fixing it.

Ice bucket list but no ice bucket, ac didn't work, cable didn't work, someone's underwear in the washroom which looked unclean, terrible experience

Apparently their system was not communicating properly with expedia, so almost didn't get a room. Rooms were filthy and had no towels.

It started at check-in. There were at least 6 people who came in with complaints about their rooms--weird things in drawers, key cards not working (a big complaint, and the same issue I had), no towels or toilet paper, etc. I was informed that the cable only worked sporadically, if at all. It wasn't even hooked up in my room, making the tv completely unusable. I was promised a discount, which didn't materialize. The property was in terrible shape. They had no access to the rooms to the back of the property, meaning that you either had to go back onto the main road, turn onto another road, and drive into a back driveway, or go though the parking lot of a closed business which was nothing but potholes. Who does that? My room was dirty (once I got in it), the floors were filthy, as well as many of the surfaces. Why did I stay? Well, the Dayton Air Show was that weekend, and every hotel was booked and the prices were ridiculous. My air conditioner had died, and I couldn't get anyone out to fix it over the weekend in a heatwave. I appreciate the price, but the lot around the motel wasn't mowed and looked really bad, the sidewalks had trash on them, and the amount of pot being smoked in public areas was wild. The only saving grace was that the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was big and clean. Just don't walk barefoot. Ever.

Absolutely ridiculous. No working tvs, one towel, one roll of toilet paper, a bag over the fire alarm, a syringe in the toilets inside tank ( to be hidden), and no turnover service

Upon arriving we were greeted by an unfriendly clerk who proceeded to tell us that we were too early, rooms would not be available until after 3:00 and if we checked in before that we would have to pay an early check in fee. We said we would wait. She then said that their cable tv’s did not work, had not worked for two weeks and they didn’t know when they would work. I stayed that should have been disclosed if it had been going on so long. She said it was disclosed on the site. It was not. Room was gross. Crummy pillows, thin towels and shabby old furniture. Shower had no pressure. We also didn’t like all the shady characters just “hanging out” in front and around the hotel. I think people live there full time. We ended up not staying there after we saw the condition of the room. To be honest, we didn’t feel safe there. I’m surprised Hotels.com even allows it to be advertised on their site. It’s a flop house.
