Bed was not comfortable. The waffle batter tasted sour (think it was old). Lady doing the breakfast kept staring at my family and also watched as we tried to get pancakes to come out knowing there was nothing in the machine.

Everything was very clean, and I am the person that pulls the fitted sheet back and checks the mattress. We could tell the carpet was new, I would defi itely stay there again if I were in the area.

Check-in was simple. But as soon as we got the the room the pungent overwhelming smell of cigaret smoke filled your nostrils. The front desk took care of it by basically spraying odor ban on the floor and in the AC unit. This did clear up the smell but that was all they offered. The bedding did not smell but I got zero explanation on why the floor did if they’re is a zero tolerance for smoking in a room. Next was the shower head. Water sprayed out from the joints everywhere but with a little bit of maneuvering I was able to make it manageable. The floor was covered in water. All I wanted to do was sleep so I wasn’t going to mess with anything else after that. I would not go back and I would not spend that much for a 2 star pretending to be a 4 star.

We were only there for 9 hours - long enough to shower, sleep and grab a quick breakfast- but the woman at the front desk waa very kind and room was clean and comfortable.

We checked in at 11:15 pm, walked in the room and it was uncomfortably hot, turned on the AC, called the front desk and was advised it would cool down. It DID NOT!
It was the most uncomfortable sleep at a hotel I have had in years. Hotel could do nothing about it since we booked with hotels.com

Rooms were older and can tell they hardly invest any money into up keeping them. Definitely an older type motel and rooms look like they’ve been painted by a 5 yr old.

Poorly insulated walls that let sound in from outside the door, the building, upstairs and downstairs. The curtains were not blackout curtains that overlapped and let a lot of outdoor lighting in. Rooms were very poorly maintained and nothing was cleaned or updated

Average hotel, not bad and not amazing either. Beds and room were clean and overall the property was in neat condition. The microwave in the room was functional although it had rotary controls and one was missing! The bathroom could use some TLC. Water pressure from the shower was very minimal. The vanity/sink/mirror look old and lighting not very good. The space in the bathroom was great but just needed more to it to be quite par with the rest of the hotel’s overall pretty good allure.
Breakfast was free but sad tbh, very limited and you have to make your own waffles and toast. The hot water dispenser did not have clear looking water, couldn’t come to drink it based on how it looked.
The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was pretty quiet.

It was surrounded by a variety of tourist services but was calm and quiet. The staff was perfect.
