the bathroom door lock was not working and shower was untidy and the room was smelling weed

The pictures of this hotel on Hotels.com looked very nice, so I made a reservation for three nights. However, when I arrived, the surrounding atmosphere was not as good as expected. Inside the hotel, there were gambling machines and a few people playing, which did not look appealing. Before checking in, I requested to see the room, and a staff member at the front desk showed me one. Unfortunately, the room was not clean and looked very different from the pictures on Hotels.com. I canceled my reservation, and the staff accepted.

We chose this hotel because they stated in thead that breafast was included and it was non smoking. IT WAS NOT! No breakfast and the halls smelled of smoke. The location was proximal to the business meeting scheduled the next day. So we made due. If in need of basic accommodations, this is the place.

*Beds unmade after previous night stay,room entrance floor sticky surface,bathroom sink not cleaned from previous night/morning.Bed linen dull in color and tattered,Lobby bathroom & water facet not in service,soda machine on 4th fl not in service......night stand had drops of finger nail polish(room #410)...initial room given #306 had a broken bed box spring...management needs to have cleaning staff's room cleaning labor checked...people hanging round property seemed unsavory,felt intimidated in the parking lot and people hanging in the rear of the building...I would not recommend anyone I know to stay there(unless it was a complete last resort)

there was no complimentary breakfast when it was listed on hotels.com website. no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. walls and bathroom look old, dirty, and worn out. towels weren't in the room when we first entered and had to ask front desk for towels. the employees were helpful but the hotel in general was below average for me.

They were literally fighting outside. We got put in a smoking room and it was disgusting. Burn marks on everything. Bathroom was not clean and sheets were not clean. We ended up leaving and going back home. Never again.

No breakfast, the bathroom was so dirty, smell so bad

The towels were not white! They were dingy! The desk chair in the room should have been thrown away is was sooo Raggedy!!!

the mattress was so bad I slept on the floor. it was also uncomfortable, but a little less so.

The place was smelling smoke everywhere. Even in the non 🚭 rooms.

Fire alarm went off for 1 hr. Every thing in room falling apart and dirty. There was blood on the lamp shade. The carpet looks like its from 1940's.

I got hotel catfished the pictures presented did not match the property. It was by fair the worst hotel I have ever stayed in..period! That you Expedia !

They have bed bugs do not stay here! Crackheads running all around. Room had burn marks in the floors.

It’s was very dirty the bathroom sink was very bad the towels were dirty had to go out and buy washing wear to take a bath also they had unwanted people hanging around outside begging for money and other things.

The smell when we came inside the lobby was awful although the guy that checked us in was a really nice and helpful person the hotel was dirty in the room the tv didn’t work and the bathroom was filthy we did have two mini fridges though but I much rather to have a clean bathroom.

In general, I would not recommend. The staff was very pleasant but the surrounding area of the place was less than desirable. The room could have been cleaner, but wasn’t awful. The lock on the door was no longer there which was concerning because of the surroundings. Overall the biggest downfall was the surrounding area and the people in the lobby area, parking lot, etc.

Poor condition,toliet leaking,holes in cutrain,in much need of repairs.

The hotel is advertised as 'free Breakfast', but upon check-in, it was revealed that breakfast is not included. Hotel staff do not care of the hotel or the guests. It is dirty and unkempt.Foul odor wafts in the hallways. I will not stay in this hotel and try to avoid the brand as much as possible.

The bathroom was not clean so I could not shower. Street walkers filled the parking lot.

I had to check out early due to the noise and the lack of sleep
