Everything was good the customer service was great easy check in and check out

I asked for some clean pillows, I was given pillows case so I asked for clean pillows again and was told that they never heard that the pillows was dirty . I didn’t know what to say after that. So I just said WOW !!!!! Wow every time the guy would say something too me all came out was WOW!!! So he finally said to the guy “ look up in that closet and get those pillows and give it to her

Refrigerator leaking in room. No staff at front desk for over 15 minutes while 5 guests were trying to check in. We tried calling by telephone, but no one answered.

I heard walking, stomping and talking most of the night. Sheets on one bed were not cleaned well. Bathroom had hair in the shower. Check in was so loud with lots of people. Staff was nice but building needs to be updated

I was not admitted because my crédit card does not carry my name. What a rediculous condición. I went next door and got myself a more costo efficient and very good room.

I booked my stay on October 14th, 2023 for November 18th, 2023. I received a phone call from the hotel an hour before check in telling me that they were overbooked and my reservation is being cancelled. My card was charged on November 18th @ 2:13am. When I called that morning they told me they charged an extra $50.00 for a deposit that would be refunded after check out. After the explanation of the cancellation she notified me that it was a hotel hold on my card and she would release the authorization for a full refund. However, I’ve never had anything like this happen before. If I make a reservation, it follows through. It does not make sense for my stay to be cancelled if it was available for me to book a month in advance. This was definitely an inconvenience to me and the plans I had going on for my event. Due to this situation I will not be booking with this hotel moving forward.

All around a very well maintained and clean hotel, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only downfall is it's been a week and my deposit of $50 still hasn't been sent back to my account.

Bathroom could use one additional towel rack for wet towels and an exhaust fan to remove humidity. A plastic bag for dirty laundry wasn’t provided. The AC unit was very quiet and comfortable. Hot chocolate could be added to the hot drink area for guests who don’t drink coffee.

The stay was beautiful. I only had one mishap. The bathroom toilet kept running. Once I got that out of the way there were no complaints

I was there for 1 night on business trip; it was fine for the stop over.

Check in was easy since I purchased the hotel via expedia. The biggest problem I had with the hotel is that the pool was not in operation and no one communicated this important detail (especially since it's summer time and a pool is a great amenity). Also, the only handicap accessible rooms had one king bed only. None of the rooms with 2 beds were handicap accessible, which isn't good for multiple travelers. Also, I was told by hotel staff that a room on the 1st floor would be reserved for my stay. When I got there, I had to take a room on the 2nd floor and hotel staff acted as if they didn't tell me I would have a room on the 1st floor. I have proof of our communication in a text message as proof.

Reserve room through Expedia, the app was very user friendly. Tatcayaniyah, was at customer service and checked me in. Shyhelm Richardson checked to make sure everything was correct, he is the Assistant General Manager, both Holiday Inn employees were very helpful and professional. I will do my Google review after breakfast, but for now, I am very satisfied with this hotel. It is clean and well maintained. We walked next door and watched the new Indiana Jones movie tonight.

Staff was nice and rooms were good for price but our rooms were not ready at checkin presenting problems for us since on a tight ball schedule. We had 2 rooms, one a suite, and hotel had no sheets/ bedding for guest that had to sleep on pull out. We had to divide up sheets from both rooms to make out. Hotel is very unequipped to handle full capacity. Won't go back. Staff was apologetic and nice but just very incapable of handling full capacity.

Room was ok and clean. Hallways were loud (lots of children running and playing). Housekeeper (Marquan?) was polite. My biggest issue was check in. My husband paid for the room and the front desk agent assumed his credit card was a prepaid card because she'd never heard of the brand. I reminded her that there are lots of credit card companies. Also, my husband paid for the room, but she still required my ID. I didnt have my driver's license and she said that they could accept any state issued picture ID. I provided my conceal carry license which has my picture, name, and address. Her response was "I'll take it this time." She obviously saw how annoyed we were with her and tried to be nice after, but the damage was already done.
