Centrally situated, ideal for a brief stay in the city.

Nice hotel in the centre of Mercia. All good apart from too expensive to park(23E/night) and too expensive for a do to stay(20E/night). Apart from this very good location and helpful staff.

This was our 3rd time staying here and there’s likely been a change of management since June 2022. Generally still great - clean, blackout curtains, comfy bed, friendly staff. We had one minor issue with our door not being able to lock properly. Reception was informed twice, once we even spoke with the on-site caretaker but they ended up not fixing the door and we had to find a way to make sure it was securely locked. There were multiple parties happening at the time of our stay so they may have been particularly busy. The best thing is how close the hotel is from the large department store.

This is the thied time we have stayed at the hotel.it is comfortable .clean .staff are friendly and efficent.

The hotel location was convenient and within walking distance with respect to restaurants and points of interest in Murcia. Breakfast provided a good selection of food and pastries, however, restaurant choices were not optimal. Hotel was located next to a shopping mall that had a great grocery store in it. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Nice and safe hotel with very comfortable bed and good privacy.

The hotel feels tired. Floors are scuffed, rust in the bath. However ttaff were very kind and the location is great.

This hotel is right next to the park so earlier morning walks or runs are great then you can stop for a coffee at the lovely local coffee shops

Nice hotel but a/c in rooms are centralized with no option to adjust temperature. For us it was somewhat hot but we managed since we kept the windows open at night. Other than that, nice stay and close to the historic sites.

NH has a good chain of hotels. The receptionist was pleasant and smiling. An early check in. Good lifts to the room. The light in the hallway wasn't working. Very difficult to see slot to insert room key. Had to use torch on phone. Room a good size. Nice view of outside area. Bright room. The furniture a little chipped. Comfortable armchair. Small table. I had only booked one night because I wasn't sure whether I would get a walk-in shower. It seems that the hotel only provides combination bath tub and shower. It's so dated. Uncomfortable. No grab bar. The shower only provides a weak flow of water. Definitely not a power shower. Glad I only booked for one night. Comfortable bed and decent air conditioning. Quiet. Safe neighborhood. Near amenities eg el corte Ingles department store. I understand that the hotel is going to undergo a modernization soon.

The room was dark and the walls were an orange coloured panelling that had a glossy finish. The furniture was black and shabby and had seen better days. The bathroom was OK except for the line of dirt between the walls and the floor. However, the hairdryer was the best that I've ever had in a hotel but this didn't make up for the overall shortcomings of the room. The staff were very efficient and helpful, and the breakfast was ok. The restaurant was also very, very orange! Could have been a retro look but I got the impression that it was just outdated and in need of refurbishment. Wouldn't want to stay there again.

Location & ease of arrival. Room very clean & all you need within

This hotel is in a perfect location to explore Murcia city. You can walk to the old part easily and visit the Cathedral. You can have meals in the delightful plazas. Tapas are readily available at most restaurants and must be sampled. Our only bug bear with the hotel was that the air conditioning didn't work and the hotel was boiling. When we opened the windows the traffic noise and the turning out of a nearby club forced us to close them in the early hours of the morning - so not very restful. On the whole we did enjoy our stay in Murcia.

Great location and breakfast. Small double bed , dated, no AC that worked, and no electric kettle but was advised where to buy one.

The hotel is walking distance to all tha amenities in Murcia. The room was very big with a nice balcony. Very happy with our stay there!

We didn't sleep well. The mostly black decor didn't help to raise our mood. The restaurant advertised a football match with my favourite team but we had to watch it in the room in the end and missed the first half. The breakfast is sumptuous but expensive breakfast so we had a coffee and a croissant in a nearby cafe.

Very pleasent staf and excllent location Murcia is a very nice city and a good represntative of Sapnish culture
