Very near to the main train station of Geneva. The members of staff were helpful. The lobby was not spacious.

It is convenient, good shower good bed. Geneve is a expensive city, so its price may represent what you will get around. I got a voucher for transportation so we didn’t have to pay bus for around the city, considering the high cost of those, that is a great perk.

Great location, really close to the centre. They gave us only 1 towel per person, the bedroom wasn't really clean and I needed to ask for a shower gel because it was empty for a couple of days. Breakfast was good.

The staff was super kind and helpful. Room was very clean and location of the hotel was safe.

The first room I was given was very dirty, it needed a good cleaning. I arrived late so it could not be changed.
When leaving in the morning, I asked the reception to ensure that the room was properly cleaned - I returned 12 hrs later and nothing had changed. This time I could get another room, and it was better, but still. On the positive, the reception staff, day and evening, were really helpful and service minded.

This property was good. Our a/c was not working well, it was a very warm day! Room was clean and neat!

Sink was blocked, reported it and no action was taken. Unblocked it myself in the evening with the receptionsist and found needle and syringe with many months worth of hair the cause. Very dangerous but showed the lack of cleaning undertaken in this hotel.

A perfect location in Geneva! Easily walk able to the train stationGare de Geneve), Jet d'Eau, Flower Clock, snd Old Town. Staff are very friendly and the €19 breakfast was quite good. They have a cooler in the lobby with cold drinks, wine, beer, etc, though it is (expectedly) over priced. Very good experience!

It was the 3rd hotel that we stayed at during our trip and was comfortable but the staff were quite remote and at times occupied with other matters. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel was everything we needed. A little warm in the room.

The bathrooms are really tiny. Like they are the size of the airport bathroom. The sinks are really yellow and look unclean as well. Also, the size of the rooms is also really small. Moreover, there is construction going on nearby which makes it really noisy.

Pretty good hotel in a very good location near the train station and the main harbour of Geneva. The hotel and rooms are eclectic and small. The air conditioner was poor, like most we’ve come across in European hotels and the shower enclosure had a large gap through which water sprayed copiously onto the floor. A very good hotel in many ways, just a couple of niggling problems.
