AC not working, also curtain broken and fixed 72 hours later. During two days i have to ask for towels due to 1 or two were missing at each day. Photos of curtain broken are availble if need it

Very convenient location. Easy access to Metro. Reasonable price. Close to Grocery stores, restaurants. Option to early check-in or late check-out for a additional cost. Area around the location is bit dirty but safe.

Room size was really really good - 248sq ft. Lack of drinks facilities, no safe.

The hotel only had one room for us even though we had two rooms on our booking. Staff didn't seem to care, took them 45 minutes to resolve at 10pm.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast menu covers basic items.

We have stayed here a couple of times big advantage being the underground right on the doorstep it’s so convenient, rooms are spacious and comfortable the staff are lovely

Overall everything is good 👍 and staff is cooperative and I would must like the cleaning of the room service is superb and must say for next trip to Paris we will select again this Hotel 🏨.Thanks everyone

It was a beautiful experience. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The hotel is close the train and bus stations.

We have stayed in Ibis hotels before and they have always been a good value, this one was subpar. Advertised air con was non existent, not sure if it was dirt or mold sprayed around the vent, but it was not pleasant.

They let us use the elevator only once! Our room is in the 5F. Underneath the beds, we found it so dusty when my pen drops. And worst thing is, bathroom is soo stinky!!! you can smell the urine from the previous guest. The next day, still the same odor 😠. At the back of the tv you also see the dust. No wonder why my asthma strikes because I guess cleanliness is never a practice to this hotel. I wont ever recommend this hotel!

Our room is 6 floor and lift is not working i tell to hotel management but they said very simple lift is not working some technical problems you use the stairs.

heating does not work and is dirty room and there is no iron clothes or winter blankets , o have photos

Excellent location, reasonably priced, helpful staff, all basic requirements for a traveller catered for. Ibis Pantin exceeds expectations.

The location is excellent right by the metro and a 15 minute direct line to Gare du nord. The hotel is very basic and a little run down but the beds are new and comfortable. As a base for a cheap city break it’s perfect but not if you like to spend a lot of time in he hotel. Be careful if you need to get back after the metro closes. We had to get a taxi at 2am after the moulin rouge and it was 55 euros.

Hotel Ibis Paris Pantin is ok , room is big, clean and comfortable. All Parsons how work on the recepcion desk is very good. Manager is Nice. Area Eglese Pantin is no far to Paris.

The bathroom wasn’t like the pictures, I felt more dirty coming out than I did entering the bathroom. The hotel looked as though it was used for prostitution, it was cheap and disgusting and had a condom machine in full display at reception! It’s not the type of hotel you want your children going in. My flight was cancelled so I arrived a day late, I had called to explain but when I got there they had cancelled my booking, they managed to sort it out but for the rest of the holiday every day the staff would ask us to pay accusing us of not paying already so we would have to explain the hole situation again. In the mornings the cleaners would come into our rooms (even though the do not disturb sign was on) and tell us we need to check out.

It’s not bad of a hotel for the money. It does lack certain amenities that’s pretty standard in many other hotels. It lacks mini fridge, there are no tissues in the room and provide simple shower shampoo with no facial or hand soap. However, it is decent hotel for the money.

The hotel was kind of old, I’ve been to other Ibis hotels much better than this. It was ok for the price.

The staff at the bar was not friendly. Manager at the reception was very kind but other staff make us feel so irritated.

The hotel was situated about 30 minutes from st.michel-Notre Dame including a train transfer from Gare Du Nord. The hotel is situated in an OK area and very close to the metro exits but again it is very far away from the main tourist points of interest. The hotel was standard 3 star quality and a good budget friendly option. The breakfast buffet was not great. The front desk agent was a very kind man of middle eastern origin who provided excellent customer service to multiple customers in French, English, Spanish, and Arabic which was pretty impressive actually.

This hotel is a very convenient place to stay the room was big and spacious there is a metro station right by the front entrance

Hotel is situated just near to metro station.. just a minute walk which was very convenient to travel. Negative point is very basic facilities like hot water kettle , tea bags were not provided in hotel rooms.

Hotel location was great, staff were helfull.But conditon of the building and room was out of date.Our bathroom shower was half hanging, and our rooms card key stop working everybday so they had to reporgram them, which was really annoying. Airconditioning wasnt working and was just blowibg earm air.Paid for three people and thebthirs bed was a sofa bed which was atbkeast 10 years old and totally useless.The hotel should be 2 star not 3 start, but i guess thats France and having everything half broken is a norm.
