The hotel is fine, location is fine, parking is a bit minimal but we were able to park there. The entrance to the parking is very hard to find from the road. They offer toiletries according to the information, but the item we had to replace wasn’t available.

Good location, easy access from the rail station, large modern rooms with comfy bed. The GHOTEL offers an excellent standard for the price. Breakfast was also plentiful and offers a great variety of dishes.

I dont know why this hotel is 4 star.
We stayed in July there is no air conditioning in the hotel.you have to open windows and hear people yelling while you try to sleep.
During covid times, signing papers and checking in takes longer than reading and signing a job contract.
On Hotels.com the checkin process was simple but in reality its the other way around.
I dont know if its only for us foreigners or not..
I've stayed in 2 star hotel the night before and to be honest, it was much better.
I will NOT recommend this hotel.

The desk is good to work with 2 laptops. Parking is offered but not safe and in a different location, so you pay extra. I was lucky, it was not busy and could use one of the 10 hotel parkings for the stuff. Ask the grown lady, not the young ones. It's a 8 minutes walk to the station.

Due to the temperature in the rooms, sleep was restless and lack of airconditioning didn't help. hotel overall is good and the breakfast is nice and location ideal next to the station and walking distance to the town centre.

It's a serviceable business type hotel. Unfortunately it was well over 30 degrees when i stayed and there was no air con in my room. So the option was hot or open a window but the hotel is on a busy road opposite the train station so then it was also noisy. That said the breakfast was excellent and the staff were really nice too. It is also located only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Gottingen. No aircon in summer lets the hotel down unfortunately.

Excellent breakfast, very good and clean room, very close to railway station (this why I chose this structure).
Front desk not very polite, also they didn't know my booking. So either expedia or the hotel screw up. Fortunately, there were still rooms available.

Very pleasant stay in a clean and modern room. Convenient location near the train station, but no on-site parking. Train station multi-storey carpark is across the street, €12 per day.

I was very pleased with GHOTEL and was happy to learn that GHOTEL has hotels in other cities in Germany. Ill keep them in mind for my future trips.Initially I chose it because of its convenience to the rail station. The town center is a short walk away. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet is very good.

A hotel that is more on the level of an Ibis or even Ibis Budget but at a much higher price. Really just worth considering if any other hotel in Goettingen is fully booked. Location is close to city centre and parking across teh street at the public parking house is about €11 for an overnight stay.

This is good hotel well maintained but it is literally on the wrong side of the tracks. The area is safe but it is a walk to any amenities in the town on the other side of the station. Two other more minor issues horrible thin pillows and one staff member surly and unhelpful.

The overall experience is good. The hotel is clean and tidy, and is very accessible from the train station. Most of its staff is nice, though one encounter with a grumpy lady at the counter on August 12 put me off a little and took away my fifth star.
