Very nice! Running from the storm, just happened on this place. We will definitely be back! Casino was fun, pool, hot tub and lazy river was just what the kids needed! Thank you!

Nice meal at restaurant, very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Well appointed. We did not like that we had to walk through smoky casino to go to dinner. The hotel portion was on a separate wing. If you are not bothered by cigarette smoke, then this hotel is a great option!

Property was nice the employees were very nice and helpful rooms were clean did not have any problems.

Booked this so our family could swim in their pool, and as many of times before we enjoy their lazy river, this time they did not allow my kids to visit pool area, because all of a sudden it’s for kids 7 and over

I was there for my Bday got there at 2 pm , girl wanted to charge me 20 extra for early check in , so we waited around til 3 pm . . . Went to lazy river for a few hours a bunch of kids running and jumping in and out in different areas until 630 pm ( not relaxing at all ) ! Not to mention there was trash everywhere, cups and pizza boxes , towels everywhere no staff until 6 pm when a pregnant girl came around a bit and picked up towels but he same cups sat there on the side of the water the whole time I was there. My Room neighbor had a dog who barked every time they left the room which continued for about 30 - 45 minutes and they were in and out all night. Most of all I was disappointed that I got nothing for my Bday :( very sad . .. .

Phone in room did not work. Lamps on desk were not working. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking room.

It was nice, just disappointed. It said kid friendly but all they had was the pool & lazy river. I was hoping it would have a game area or something like other casinos for kids. And $50 for a kid to eat at a Buffett is crazy, my child ate one plate.

There was a durg exchange going on in the parking lot. I felt unsafe.

Not a gambler Was just there fir the pool and lazy river ! Was disappointed the kids and I had to leave pool at 6 for adult only time ! Thought 7 Wld at least be better ! Food and drinks pretty expensive ! Room was comfy but no fridge or microwave !

Bad customer service.

House keeping doesn’t come at all until you check out. They expect you to use dirty towels and wash clothes until you leave. They don’t empty trash. Don’t replenish the”complimentary”coffee. No coffee in the lobby and if you have more than two guests you have to pay $10.00 per person to use the pool and lazy river. I will never go back
