The staff was excellent. There are some shops, a museum, and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant has good food and service. I wish they provided wash cloths, at least upon request.

My reservation was canceled in 45 days after booking and in one day before my flight. The reason was as credit card payment did not go through. They did not notify me at the day of payment or any further days. They descovered it only in one and half months.

What a fantastic hotel in an amazing spot! It was an easy walk to the Acropolis, and lots of dining options around. And it was right in a beautiful part of the city with lots of beautiful views from our terrace. The hotel came with the most delicious plenteous breakfast, that was amazing! The staff were amazing and the rooms were thought out beautifully and we were so comfortable. I highly recommend! When we go back to Greece, that's exactly where we will be staying again.

Enjoyed dinner deliciously prepared at hotel’s restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is excellent with lots of delicious Greek breakfast choices and delicious Greek pastries in a really nice restaurant. The restaurant staff is friendly and even took great pictures of us.

The hotel is in a good location, close to public transport. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, polite and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Absolutely brilliant customer service, the room was cleaned, provided with new towels, bedding, toiletries every day. I would highly recommend guests to book this hotel.

This hotel is very nice with modern & simple style located in a nice, clean & safe area. The bathroom is well equipped with modern fixtures. One thing I wish it had is the swimming pool.

Excellent customer service. Although the room was smallish, it was designed well and had enough plugs for all gadgets such as cell phone, watch and tablets and convenient lighting that made our one night stay pleasant. Since we had to leave early before breakfast, they arranged for a take out breakfast. The breakfast itself could have been better. They offered a plain ham and cheese sandwich with juice pack and a fruit. This could have been enhanced with something like a salad or yogurt. Otherwise pretty good hotel.

Walking access to the National Gallery is another plus
If you need to stay near the area of the this is a better choice than Alexandros behind Plateia Mavili and a much better than President at the beginning of Kifisias.

Great location, close to the metro station and city centre. Clean and great service. The only down side was the air conditioning was not great and I suffered interrupted sleep for 5 nights. The room gets too warm and there is no option to control the room temperature. I called the receptionist every night and they couldn’t help. We had to live with the sleepless nights. However, the staff are so friendly and helpful and they did their best to help

I love this hotel and could not recommend them more - great location near the centre of Athens! Service is always amazing - rooms are well-appointed with high quality linens and amenities. The price is also very reasonable for the neighbourhood (and did I mention free and extensive American-style breakfast?). If you're planning to visit Athens for a few years and looking for somewhere comfortable to stay - come here. :)

The breakfast provided at the hotel was quite good. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is very fun to walk around, plenty of interesting shops and resteraunts

Very nice and helpful staff. The only small things I can say that we’re slightly inconvenient was the lack of ledge to rest foot in shower in order to shave and they were a little over the top with Covid. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

We arrived 2 days early in Athens Greece and my boyfriend was pick pocketed on the train to the hotel. Mel the owner was so kind and gracious and his staff as well. Mel asked us to go to the hotel restaurant, sit down and have a drink and relax. We stayed 2 days in his hotel and we definitely would return. Mel is an amazing owner.

Unfortunately, the staff here doesn't care when problems arise. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, but needs new management. When dirty sheets or low water pressure are brought to their attention the reaction was to deny the problem. Only after we share pictures did they change the sheets. Never apologized.
