A/C problems in the Rooms.

Convenient Under renovation

Staff was rude. Room was very dusty. Given a room with a lot of stairs even though my mom struggled to walk

Grumpy employees, old outdated rooms with very old beds that sag to the middle. No restaurant/bar . The front office is under construction and trailers taking up more than half the parking. Horrible tv cable services

Usually a nice place to stay, A/C not properly working and front desk didn't pay attention, limited toiletries. Do you only shower once a day??

I liked that the room was clean. Definitely needs an upgrade. Furniture worn, especially the desk chair, ceiling paint needed to be touched up, and air conditioning unit condensation causing a small puddle on the floor. Rooms weren’t ready at 4p, a group of us who needed to check in had to wait hours. Nothing as a courtesy was offered not even a cold bottle of water. I actually left went to dinner and returned. As I returned they were handing out room keys. The security guys were most helpful and I appreciated Dijon (hope that’s how he spells it) for holding my luggage while I ate dinner and the other security gentleman who assisted me with getting a taxi. They made my stay more bearable.

Outside of the rooms needing to be updated, this was such a great, conveniently located, well staffed, safe, and beautiful place to stay.

The ac was nit working in tgw first room i was assigned and was cooling sufficiently in the 2nd room.

The front desk was very attentive ans helpful

Great location for a quick business trip. However improved business travelers amenities would Benn awesome!

The property itself is beautiful, the service was great, the room was spotless and I love their 24/7 lobby service.

It is one of the neatest hotels we have stayed at. The layout of the property was unique. Rooms were clean.

We stayed here from August 4 to August 10 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was nice and accommodating. The restaurant was lovely and had great food. We stayed in the beach front room and it was really nice. No complaints.

This hotel is on an outstanding location. Nice and clean enough, though the property is a bit dated.

First the property is under construction it was adress when booking we only could of had breakfast once while on property which was very expensive a coffee pot in the room that was not working i had to put a towel around the bottom ceiling of the toilet whichvwas leaking microwave in room there you had to eat out every day which was very expensive winward could do better it right in the heart of st thomas Bueatiful location but they have all kind of oll furniture

AC in my room did not work at all.

I was scared as a first timer after reading all the reviews, but this is why I live by the motto "Your Experience is not my experience". Because despite all the negative reviews, the staff was actually VERY friendly, very accomodatong and just lovely overall. Perhaps it's based on getting the approach you approach with. My stay was fabulous, my room was superb I was able to get some much needed rest and relaxation. It was just the right blend of people and PEACE and There are so many great restaurants surrounding the hotel. I had a fabulous birthday trip

Personal lobby no good.

I enjoyed my recent stay at Winward Passage, however, I didn't appreciate the late room service for the late housekeeping service. After being out on the Island all day, running around, hot and sweaty, I just wanted to come back to my room shower and relax. couldn't do that because I had to wait for housekeeping. There was no microwave and the restaurant on property was closed for renovation. There were just too many inconveniences. I would probably stay there again, but was very disappointed with this stay.

I only stayed at Windward Passage for one night, but it was beautiful. I loved the statues that adorn the space. The view from the room was amazing. Short walk to all of the shops. Moe's market is around a 5 minute walk and has absolutely everything you need...as far as food and drinks are concerned. There is a smoothie vendor directly across the street...an absolute must!!! Best smoothie ever!!! The Windward Passage made me wish I could stay a few more nights!!
