Well done breakfast buffet, nice facility.

Staff was great, room was clean and they served a hot breakfast, I would return.

Lady at the front desk upon arrival was awesome!! Probably the best part about our stay. First glance at the room looked pretty good. I always pull sheets back to check for bedbugs. Which I did not find. However there were stains on the mattress pads. Bathroom was a little on the small side, the amount of hair left in the bathtub and the floor was quite disturbing. My son was unplugging a lamp by the hvac unit only to find a mini Gatorade bottle with tabacco chew spit in it. I’m usually never or to leave reviews but seeing as I was charged and extra $40 after leaving and not knowing the reason until i finally got an answer.. saying due to damages/missing items. Wasn’t told what the damage was but was told they were missing 2 bath towels and 1 bath mat. My son did accidentally stick a bath towel in his bag. Totally own that! That was it though! I even made sure All our trash was picked up and taken out, dirty towels all in the tub, and even stripped both beds! (I used to work the hotel industry) I’m not to satisfy to say the least.

Very nice property. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. Definitely great value. Would stay there again.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and two days. Once my husband and I got to the hotel we could already see that the rooms wouldn’t be clean. We had a smoking room which for the two of us that smoke the smell was bad. We looked at another room non smoking and still not any better rooms had smell to them and didn’t look clean. We didn’t even check in. We got stuck paying for a night. We went to the hotel that were close together and we went with the sleep hotel.newer, very clean.

Staff in the breakfast room was so horrible .. she was checking what we are eating.. not refilling the breakfast items

The property was nice but the service was terrible. Our room was never cleaned the whole time. We never got fresh towels or the trash picked up. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows didn’t have any firmness. We didn’t get much sleep the whole time we were there. The best thing about the property was the parking.

Hotel had a feel of a motel 6. For the price it was not worth it. The door did not shut all the way you could see right through the door frame and the pool hasn't looked like it's been cleaned in quite a few days. The morning breakfast was watered down it was okay for being free but would not pay for nothing like that. The toilet handle if left down would continue to run and the top of the toilet the lid was incorrect for the toilet as it was just sitting on there..

Need to spend money on remodeling the rooms and getting new mattresses the mattress was horrible

Great location convenient to downtown as well as museums and other attractions. Breakfast provided many good options. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable but a little bit dinged up.

The staff straight lied...we was told in writing that the deposit (which we was told when we called there wasnt one) it would be returned the morning of checkout. We didnt receive it for 3 days...the morning staff was friendly but was told i couldn't tKe breakfast back to my room for my husband.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our Shihtzhu , Nashville was about 45 minutes away which was very convenient. Although we ended up exploring around the hotel which had amazing walkable dining and shopping options, one of my favorites being logans roadhouse. My only reason for not giving 5stars was the price was a bit higher than i was quoted on expedia, and the pet fee was $20 Per Night. Rooms were fairly clean.

Very disappointing, we could hear occupants on both sides of our room the walls were so thin, grounds were littered and dirty, breakfast was not very good either

Needs some TLC. The light over bathroom sink didn't work, The AC unit was very noisy, and the stair way was cluttered. Was Ok for the Price.

First room wasn't clean and had signs of bugs in and around the bed, under bed was trash, obvious room hadn't been cleaned. Front desk was understanding and helpful and did move me to another room and it was in much better condition and had no further problems during my stay.

Clean and quiet, very comfy beds. Will always stay here when in the area.

Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. Property is very dated, and no elevator. We were placed on the second floor. Carrying heavy suitcases and bags up a flight of 17 stairs is not fun. I managed, but an elderly person would be in trouble. Please request the first floor if possible.

This hotel is fair for the money . Bathroom had huge holes in the ceiling but overall things were ok . Pictures of rooms don’t match the room I was in .

Close to everything. Could use an update to the bathroom but since they allow pets at a reasonable rate and the price is right, we would stay there again!
