Friendly staff. Breakfast was just ok. Several bugs in our room (approx 50) which were determined to be lady bugs. Front desk already knew about the lady bugs when mentioned at checkout. We were told this is an issue in some of their rooms, front desk clerk did not have any other comment in regards to the complaint. Not sure if we would stay again.

My stay overall was above average standards. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was alright, didn't have enough of one item for all. But, plenty to choose from.

It was a nice hotel and room. Very clean! The AC didn’t work very well in our room, but otherwise it was great!

I had to make an overnight trip to TN to look at some lots and my husband couldn't make it. I felt perfectly safe, location was great for my needs, and all staff were friendly and helpful

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a bit dark, as there wasn't enough lighting. It smelled as if it was recently painted or renovated, however there was a large unpainted repair above the window. It was quiet, which was nice. Breakfast was decent and included hot items. No fruit, however.

Wonderful stay returns to this hotel whenever we are in Crossville . I do find the chairs at the high top table in lobby too high couldn’t get up into chair, Height of the chairs to high

I just needed a place to crash for the night and this provided that.
The bathroom had newer sink area, but the rest was older. It does have a tub, so would be good for traveling families. lobby smelled of mildew, but the room was fine. Breakfast was so-so. It was exactly what I needed- a very comfortable bed to crash for the evening.

Great, clean and safe place to stay. It was only for 1 night and my kids were a little disappointed that the pool was closed. I don’t believe they mentioned that in the ad.

Power went out during our second night of a two night stay. I heard a person in the back room by the front desk and when I called for the person so I could check out and ask questions, no one came out. I felt the person was avoiding customers because they didn't want to deal with the power outage. Secondly, there were no emergency lights in the stairwell and my phone battery was dead from not being able to charge it during the night that I did not have a flashlight. It was really unsafe to walk down the stairs with no lights and obviously the elevator was not an option during a power outage. I felt like I did not get to use half of the amenities I paid for and the staff avoided customers. I could not shower, charge my devices, have breakfast. Basically, it was sleep and that is all.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. My only real issue was the a/c was half blocked by an armoire so it took a bit to cool the room.

Great stay we got to the hotel early. The housekeeping staff was understaffed second to sick calls. After registering, contact was made with housekeeping and they got the room ready in like 20min. Very much appreciated!

This was a nice hotel to stay at and met our needs. Just a side note, that if you are pulling a trailer, the driveway is very steep to get up to the parking lot and hotel entrance.

Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by cheerful staff. I immediatly felt at ease. It is a really nice property, easy walking distance to two restaurants that offer discounts to guests of this property! Very tidy and comfortable room.
