The staff were great. The cookies and lemon-infused water in the lobby were a nice touch. Coffee 24 hours, also great. The rooms are fairly recently renovated, roomy, and comfortable. My only issue was that my room, while generally clean, had not been swept, as I found lots of hair on the floor. I had to collect it up with a wet towel, so they can work on being more thorough with the cleaning.

Not enough towels in the room. Went to front desk and was given pool towels because that’s all they had. Homeless people sleeping all around the outside. Hallways and room were dirty and smelled like cigarettes.

The room was amazing I’ll definitely be back. I didn’t think it was going to be nice from the outside but never judge a book by its cover.

Lots of rust on the bathroom door hinges. No turntable plate in the microwave. Overall a good stay, but lots of small things like that.

I am shocked at all the great reviews. The rooms were only ok, it’s like they tried to renovate but it’s terrible work, plus they were doing work at 9pm on our floor - with supplies all over the place. Water puddles in several place in the room, smelled odd, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good at all, and was not restocked the entire time we were in the dining area (an hour before breakfast was to end). They were mopping with strong chemicals DURING BREAKFAST. Not the nicest staff. Was told they didn’t have quarters for laundry (so had to leave to find some), even though the sign literally says change available at front desk. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A weeks stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was stocked and kept clean and hot/fresh.

A bit confusing to locate and then find the front door. However, the staff was extremely helpful and cheerful! Breakfast was also very good and had many options from which to choose.

Check in was really smooth. The room was very roomy and comfortable and clean and well lit. The bed was really comfortable. Plenty of towels, good soap and shower supplies in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky, it was hard to see the sign from the road entrance.

Everything is clean and well kept. Great staff on hand.

I had to give it 3 stars because for the amount of money I paid to stay there it wasn’t worth it… A few things I didn’t like and noticed was this: - House keeping did not clean our room well, threw the trash cans all crazy in our room, fridge was disgusting when we first checked in and I had to clean in myself and buy some cleaning supplies. I don’t mind but I paid for the service and cleaning and was disappointed. The only good thing they did was provide the towels because not even the bed was done. - the bathtub and shower were spouting from both end so I got wet while trying to shower my toddler, it was also clogged and filling up even through the drain plug was off - the breakfast was stale and rock solid (especially the honey buns) I tried feeding it to my daughter only to discover that it was completely solid which means it went bad and stale For $114 a night I was expecting better and I was very disappointed. I can’t say I would come back for another visit honestly, it wasn’t a horrible experience but it also wasn’t a good one and feel that I’ve been scammed of my money for what we experienced. - front desk was really nice, that was really the only thing good about the whole location.

The bathroom light cover came off and fell into the tub with chards of plastic everywhere. I saw a roach in the bathroom. The hot water was lukewarm at best. Not the best, especially when I’m stressed out taking care of my Dad in Hospice Care. They couldn’t give me a refund because I booked through Hotels.com. I want a refund!
