The rooms are showing their age. The furniture seems quite old, and there is a odor. However, the price is right and it’s good value for the money.

You need to make sure the rooms are completely cleaned before you have clients come to the facility. My room was not the cleanest.

It's location is favorable to our grand kids and is what we like about it. The towels had holes in them and the toilet paper and tissues were very cheap. Also, the furniture in our room was soiled, is some of the things that could use some improvement.

This property canceled my entire reservation and did not let me know until we tried to check-in. Horrible situation!! They did not care I had no place to stay and offered no help in finding a new hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.. ever!! I can’t understand why Expedia will not accept this review.

Was given keys to a room that had not been cleaned. Room was dirty. The lobby floor was dirty. Garbage can overflowing outside

Had a descent stay. Bathroom needs updated. Tub faucet was barely hanging on with caulking. Maybe do something about how “wet” the room felt. Couldn’t get it to dry out with air conditioner.

We went there for the Eclipse. The staff was friendly/helpful rooms were decent/clean. Breakfast was the standard continental. Close to Target/Walmart - recommend Charlestons for dinner about 1/2 mi away.
