I didn’t go I canceled stay at least 4 times . Very unlikely I will ever use your services again.

The property was adequate for the price paid

The staff were great and amazing. But I was not impressed by the room. The sheets were not the right size for extra passed mattresses so the matresses were exposed. There was dog hair stuck to the carpet on the balconey. As soon as we arrived, I raced to the bathroom to use the facilities after a long journey only to discover a broken toilet paper roll holder and no toilet paper. There was long human hair all over the bathroom floor. The desk had a pull out section for a keyboard that was broken. Instead, dust and crumbs from food allowed to accumulate. The chair for the desk was badly stained abd looked like soneone urinated on it years ago. No safety. Side doors are never locked and transients / visitors of guests come and go as they please. First floor seems to rented out to Red Deer transients who are consistently in and out and seen in the hallways in various stages of dress. No recycling facilities. No garbage bins in the parking lots. Holes all over the walls. No buckets for the ice. You have to use your hands and contaminate it for anyone wanting some for drinks. I suppose, you get what you pay for. Will not reurn.

We called the red/brown gunk all over the curtains murder juice. We were more comfortable sitting on the bed sheets, fully clothed after a long day, because the blanket was too gross to sit on. The carpeted floor was sticky. There were cigarette burns in the blanket and sheets. The whole building stunk. Bad. I'm surprised the Super 8 franchisor isn't demanding an overhaul. Condemn and raze the whole building for a faster clean-up. Worst place we've stayed. Ever.

Two things guests made a comment on a property its either they are happy and satisfied or they didnt like thier stay. The room rate is good for a short term stay, but theres things housekeeping department needs to improve , the cleanliness of the room. Bath tub and the toilet is dirty. Linens were stained, i showed front desk on duty the stained to avoid charges. Dust all over the cabinets and TV area its very visible. Staff were very accomodating.

We did not stay as our room door was open when checked in, no shower curtin, no tawel, bed not made properly, dirty and stunk so bad

The place was doing renovations My comforter had a burn hole on it and the night stand table was sticky in one section.. Overall hotel experience was Ok

Cheap if you want a deal…but smelled, not very clean. And no gym…says it has but not the case. Nice big fridge but wouldn’t stay again

We cheapest out on this stay because we were just passing through. The front desk clerk was awesome ... so friendly and helpful. But the hotel is REALLY old, falling apart and poorly cleaned. There were patched on the walls and smears all over the window. You get what you pay for!

There was screaming in the night and our bathroom wasn’t clean

The most run down disgusting hotel I have stayed in. Would never go back and never recommend anyone stay there.

The rooms were disgusting, kitchenette didnt have any pots, pans, cutlery, plates or bowls. Housekeeping didnt clean my room once. And bad and drugy people all around the hotel.

The bedroom had water all over the floor, there js no breakfast, it was dirty and the staff is not professional at all. Very disappointed.

This place ended up being a total dive, the second bed in the room was unuseable as it had a broken frame as shown in the photos, the bathtub had hair on it and overall the tub should have been replaced many moons ago. There are better choices.... And Wyndham back this establishment?

Not good

We checked out after the first night and had to find another hotel. There were homeless people everywhere and a junkie shooting up in the entrance when we arrived. The smell in the building is horrific and you could see where the room door had previously been pryed open.

Doors had no locks, holes in walls, holes in bedding, a little dirty, cracked tiles and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Did not stay.

Deposit may take very long time to refund, facilities are quite old.

Dirty and sketchy

The family arrived and my husband was charged for the pre-paid room. He was refunded after he pointed out that it was pre-paid. There were someone elses clothes and personal items in the bathroom, which he took to the front desk. The room reeked of stale smoke. (We booked non-smoking) The entire place was under some kind of shoddy renovation. The entry door had a 1" gap along the top edge. The walls were very thin and the entire place was very noisy. The beds were not good. The family actually ended up sleeping in their clothes because overall, it was so bad.

The first room we went into had food in the freezer and the fridge had dog hair and dirt on it the bed sheets had food and hair all over it Requested a new room and the bathroom was disgusting the toilet had a price tag in it the fridge had a horrible smell nothing was vacuumed

When I booked on Expedia it said our room was supposed to have a balcony, a seperate dining area, coffee/tea maker, queen size bed and a few other minor stuff. No balcony(hotel staff said kitchen units don't have balcony) no coffee tea maker no seperate area at all and the bed was so small the rails stuck out on the side. When I made the original compliant to Expedia they did amazing at trying to reach the hotel but to our amazement they were NEVER able to reach the front desk. Oh and the "free breakfast" was in a paper bag with an apple muffin and a juice box. There were even signs saying free fresh breakfast.....

Pretty run down. Homeless behind the building. Smells bad. Was bitten by something. Sketchy tenants. Paper thin walls. Was cheap though and the front desk was courteous.

The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedding was clean but had cigarette burns throughout despite being a "non-smoking" room. The rest of the room appeared to have a rush clean done so not very thorough.

The room was so filthy that we didn’t stay there. They were going to give us clean sheets but the rest of the room was filthy too. No vacuuming because there was nail on the carpet. Not even table or microwave wasn’t wiped down. Had to leave and the hotel said that we get our full refund from you.
