Have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and modern, amenities are good. The attached restaurant has great food and friendly staff. Will stay there again when coming into that area!

Had an issue with the power going out, while using the microwave, in part of the room. Front desk was not much help.
Much later the power was restored but not in a timely manner.
Hot tub was not clean. instead of cleaning, they closed it.

For the price of the room we expected more.

The house keeping staff did not replace our used coffee mugs, instead they washed them and left them in the washroom on the counter.

I liked pretty much everything . As picky i am this met my expectations. The only thing i didn’t like… i am a coffee fan and in the room there was no water for the caffe so and downstairs at the lobby there was no milk and cream options. Which should be an option in this day and age.also we arrived a bit sooner and was no caffe available until much later. I just didn’t get it why can’t they have it ???

The room was clean and spacious, with excellent temperature control. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which greatly enhanced our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to stay there again

The only issue was there was a fire alarm and my mother, who is elderly, had problems going down the stairs. There were no rooms on the main level for us to use.

Front desk guy DAkota not friendly and abrupt. He should learn how to be friendly to all. You can see how his behaviour and his tone changes from one costumer to next. Room service was not done even though it was requested. When you’re out most of the day, you want to come back on a nice made bed to rest. When we requested it done, we were told that’s it’s too late now because the cleaning staff had gone home. That was 3pm in the afternoon. Probably not staying there again.

This Hotel is very clean and modern. The bathrooms are HUGE for a hotel. Our view looked over the mountains. We loved that is was right on the main road so very easy to find and get back to. Radium Hot Springs is minutes away and so is Invermere, Fairmont and many hikes. The pool was very clean and located right off the elevator so we didn't have to travel far to use it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

During my recent visit, I encountered several issues: the power was out, there was no food available, and the hot water was turned off. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged an extra $100 for the room, despite having booked it for $257 through Orbitz. I was informed that the room fee had increased and that they could not adjust the charge. I will never go back there again👎👎👎

This is my opinion based on fact
- pool area lacking seating
- pool area lacking changing rooms, outdated , many people were surprised
- had a power outage and corridors were not lit appropriately and very dark , many people mentioned this to us
- went to lobby and head counter and no one was to be found for a while during power outage
- Great centralized location
- Great that we had a cooking area with dishes and plates
Rooms were very clean and facilities also kudos to cleaning crew

While clean a lot of things need an upgrade such as the bedding and pillows. Also the mattresses are way too soft. The pool and hot tub were very murky.

This was a road trip for our 40th Anniversary. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and were comfortable. I do have to commend the reception staff member when we first arrived for there restaurant/cafe recommendations and "OGGIE' the next day for some of his advice on possible places to see and avoid.

We had a nice two day stay at the hotel. So close to hot spring and the town is very charming and cozy. The drive to the Radium hot spring is a must if you go to Banff and all the national parks near there. Kootenay national park is on the way there and there are trails to stop by and see all the amazing sceneries. Marble canyon and paint pots is a must trails to go. We did not have time to do all of them. It was a wonderful trip to Banff in August 2024.

We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor with excellent views of the mountains. The bed was cozy, room was modern, spacious and quiet. The hotel had everything you needed and its location was walkable to everything in Radium. The maid service was great (as you choose when or if they came). Overall, my husband and I were very happy with this place and it did not disappoint. My only complaint was that the hottub wasn't hot enough, it was more like a warm tub. Not a big deal, as we just went to the hot springs nearby, anyways. Would stay again!
