It’s a well-run operation. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. I like the friendly little bar area, I remembered the bartender from a visit last year. The limited food menu is a good value as far as hotel dining goes. Will gladly stay here with my small dog again (~$25 pet fee)

It was difficult getting the shuttle to pick me up at the airport at 12:15 AM. I called three times, waiting for someone to answer, and no one ever did. On the fourth call, I randomly pressed 1 to get a live person. The shuttle showed up surprisingly quickly, but the ride was awful. Rattly and cold. Then I couldn't check in because no one was at the desk. Just random guests and staff wandering around. I finally got someone to check me in, but he wasn't very hospitable and acted like he didn't want to be there.

It was fine. Felt a bit old and could use some updates. Bed was comfortable though and I only stayed from 7 pm - 3 am due to an early flight. The airport shuttle was a big plus though.

It is conveniently close to the airport, they had a shuttle service that took us to and from the airport to catch the T(train) to get downtown. Our room was clean and cozy and the breakfast was decent

We just needed to stay here for the night as we had an overnight layover. We called the hotel for shuttle pick up and they told us where to go wait and that the shuttle would be there soon. 20 min goes by and after seeing multiple shuttles from other companies show up every 10-15 minutes, we finally see our shuttle... fly right past us. They never stopped to pick anyone up! We called the hotel again. They said someone else will be coming. They only have 2 shuttles for the whole hotel. We waited another 20-30 minutes since they apparently come only every 30 minutes. Leaving the hotel the next morning was a hassle too. We waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle to show up and to my surprise there were 2 shuttles that showed up. There were about 20 people waiting for the shuttle outside with strollers and multiple suitcases. One of the drivers decides to go on break even after seeing there are so many people waiting which would require both shuttles. There was no proper line formation which caused everyone to push and shove their way into the shuttle. What a mess. The room itself was nice but if you're depending on their shuttle service, i would book elsewhere. There were a few people that booked ubers. I'm not sure if they even used that second shuttle until the next 30 min interval.

I found my room very clean and was happy to discover i could get a light meal downstairs and not need to walk to a restaurant. Shuttle was available early in the morning and got me to the airport in plenty of time.

Room was great, check in and check out great. But food was very disappointing! I know this sounds mean, but I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and it was frozen chicken that seemed like it was thrown in air fryer. Along with the French fries… not cooked all the way through. Breakfast was ok, but very slim pickings and was a little slow to replenish.

We had a gray experience. The location wasn't too bad but not really close to anything. Ouk key stopped working and they fixed it quickly. The staff was all helpful and friendly

The pool was closed by order of the City of Revere. I was traveling with children, so the pool closure was a huge disappointment. There was also peeling wallpaper in various places on the first level.

Terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived there were people everywhere with two people behind the counter. One leaning over on her elbows across the counter placing a food order for herself and the other helping a guest in front of us. The photos of the hotel do not look anything like the actual hotel. The photos have an indoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub was the main reason I picked the hotel. We were informed that the hotel hadn't had a working hot tub for some time. The space was filthy. Even at 3 am when we were checking out there was still trash on the tables from the night before. Carpets we heavily soiled and the sheets felt like sandpaper. The only positive was the shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle driver was very informative.

Bed extremely comfortable! Check in girl-rude. Needed a blow dryer, desk guy said housekeeping was closed. Tub filled with water during shower, tried multiple times to open drain. Not so good Hampton😔

Hotel was in a good location, and the included breakfast was decent. There was a backed up toilet downstairs which made the entire second floor smell. The pool was not open even after the days the hotel said it would be reopened. Parking was confusing, and instead of having some idea where valet cars were parked they would just walk through the parking lot setting of alarms to find vehicles. It was very disruptive. The rooms were kind of dinge but you could tell cleaning staff were doing their best to maintain them.

I booked this hotel for a girls trip November 1st through November 3rd. This was for touring Salem and a concert nearby. All was well with our stay with the exception of the parking. Not only did it cost $20 a day but the parking ticket machine did not work any of the several times leaving the lot for Friday, Saturday or leaving Sunday.
Utilizing the room key card would much more advantageous for guests! Several times there was a backed up line of hotel goers trying to exit the ticket booth and I helped some by pressing the CALL button and 2 other times had to leave my vehicle at the booth and go back inside to request letting the line of cars out as no one was answering!!

Front desk personnel were absolutely amazing and very friendly! Francesco was outstanding at helping me out in the early am! There was another lady who was amazing who generally works the evening shift, who was the most patience and outstanding working! I wish I would’ve caught her name as well! Facilities were clean, the breakfast switched up every day which was nice for a longer stay! Would definitely go back!

Overnight stay after an evening flight into Boston. Very convenient and competitively priced. Shuttle from the airport from arrivals floor. Drop off in the morning direct to Rental car.
Breakfast included. Self service with a good choice on offer. Room very comfortable and spacious. Would use again.

Bathroom door wouldn’t shut but half way. Faucet in bathroom didn’t run into the sink. Shower was in the middle of the tub and made it impossible to stand under the water and shower. Room had absolutely NO decor and Hilton should be ashamed to put their name on this.

I was quite disappointed with the stay. The condition of the hotel isn't great. My air conditioning was broken down so I had to be moved to another room. The breakfast food was very basic and unhealthy. The price was far too much for what was on offer.

Getting there was $20 a night to park our car which I have never seen as a frequent Hilton customer and traveling with 5 kids that were looking forward to their time in the pool it was frustrating to find out that the pool was closed

TV reception horrible, had to be moved to a different room. Shower with poor drainage, water would pool. Water pressure very low. Breakfast was ok. Location very isolated not many places around hotel.

Extremely average. Overpriced for the quality of the property. The shuttle buses ran on time but were extremely run down. The rooms were average at best. The staff were barely average.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. It was extra convenient with airport and Bue Lone train terminal shurlttle. It was easy to get onto downtown and ditch the rental car.The only complaint was a couple of rude desk clerks, one who was unintelligible on the phone because of tongue rings. He grew easily exasperated when trying to get information about shuttle requests. This was necessary because it took 3 to 4 calls to finally get puck up at the train terminal.

This hotel was convenient to the airport. Staff did an excellent job. This hotel is extremely busy due to close proximity to airport. My complaint is the management/ owners don’t have enough staff to properly serve the amount of business. Only one person in the bar / restaurant area and the place was packed. He did a great job but needed help. Only one person checking guests out this morning and two checking in last night. Again the staff was pleasant and did the best they could to serve everyone.

Conveniently located close to Logan Boston Airport. Hotel shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes. Can be very busy for complimentary breakfast which had a good variety of food items. Some train noise at night.

It was a quick stay before an early flight but all was great other than the restaurant. It would have been helpful to have menus available in a stand at the entrance to the restaurant instead of waiting for the only person who was waiting tables and serving as bartender!

At the check in counter, no informations were given whatsoever and persons working at the counter were not showing courtesy.
Even for families, there is no privacy as far as using bathroom. No physical door but sliding closet door uses both closet and bathroom. Any noise, even for faint noise from bathroom come out.
Bathtub drains slow some outlets were loosed, not charging. Had to leave before 6am so we didn’t eat free breakfast so no comment on that. Bottom line I would not stay here again.

Do not book this hotel. We arrived in the late evening in Boston and then, after waiting a half hour for the shuttle, we were advised when we reached the hotel (which is a good 20 minutes from the airport) that the hotel had no rooms. We had to get back in the van and taken to another hotel, meaning that we did not get into our room until way after midnight, with no food in sight. The staff people said this was a re-occurring situation so do yourself a favor and do not even consider staying at this hotel.
