The room didn’t match at all the pictures on the site. And it was nowhere near 400 sq feet. It’s not a cottage, unless you are taking crazy liberties with the word. Its’s a pretty standard hotel room, disappointing. Bed was hard. Not a good value. Best part of it was the valet in the morning was very nice.

Beautiful accommodations, outstanding service and location.

Beautiful property but we did not know that for rooms higher than 4th floor there is no elevator so you need to use external stairs to access floors 5,6,7… Lucky there is valet service for the luggage but going in and out of hotel for visits and meals was a challenge. Also, no room service so we had to go up and down stairs.

We had a view of the harbor which was very nice. What I did not like is that the beds were high for an ADA room. It was a bit hard for my husband to transfer into the bed from his chair. Other than that, beautiful hotel in scenic area

I honestly was impressed by everything. It is also close by restaurants and cafes. You can see the ocean right across the street. It’s so peaceful. It’s beautiful. I loved my stay. I will do it again. Thank you.

Spacious room and bathroom with wonderful view from balcony, that felt very private. The front staff were very personable and adjoining restaurant, Poggio, was very welcoming even though we only went there for dessert. I wish we had eaten there for dinner.

Great property right in the heart of downtown Sausalito and walking distance to everything. There are nice views of the harbor from most of the rooms. Loved the tranquil, private courtyards with outdoor sofas and fire pits. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Jim at the front desk went way above and beyond to help me with my reservation and plans, and made me feel very taken care of right from check-in. I'll be back!

Nice hotel with easy check in, friendly staff, rooms were clean. Outdoor spots to enjoy the sun and wine were comfortable and relaxing. Location is close to many places to eat, shop and explore.

For parking, I recommend unloading in front of hotel, they offer complimentary valet parking. Vehicle will be parked across or the next parking lot over from hotel, parking is complementary. That is a BIG bonus in the city setting. lol Hotel was very nice, clean, staff was amazing. Gym was small, but perfect with one of each main machine you would need. Gym is located in the area of the spa, you have free access to the steam shower. Room was great, spacious with a balcony to sit on. bathroom was amazing, walk in shower, big bathtub, no jets which is a plus (personally I don’t like jets, cleaner without jets). Great location, close to main heart of the city, lots of restaurants, ice cream, coffee, shopping options. The Sausalito Ferry is maybe 5 mins walking from hotel, we took the ferry to SF, spent the day and Uber back to hotel, about 37.00 for Uber, 41.00 for ferry- 2 Adults 1 kid. Highly recommend hotel, we will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay in harbor view room on 3rd floor. Loved sitting on balcony watching the dynamic scene of tourists and sail boats. Lots of room. Refrigerator, big bathroom and steam room across the hall.

This place is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, outgoing and helpful. The rooms are amazing, very modern yet cozy and bed was very comfy. Incredible views, perfect location. We will definitely stay here again! Our pup also loved it!

Stunning property!! Our room overlooked the bay!!

Easy check-in. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a room overlooking the harbor and we sat out on our little balcony each morning and evening. We also sat at the top courtyard and the stuff turned on one of the fire pits for us. It was calming, quiet, and a wonderful stay. Perfect location to walk to the ferry and all over town.

Location was very nice and easy to get to restaurants. View great and very pleasant. Some road noise especially around 7 am and around 8-9 pm. Check in guy was pleasant, as were both valet attendants. Check out guy on morning we left (brownish hair) was rude, strangely unpleasant, like the IT guy at the office who doesn't appreciate being bothered by your existence. Not sure what's going on there. We were married at this hotel 23 years ago but probably won't be back. Oh well.

ANTS! Room is full of ants. Tabletop, floor, in bed, in your luggage, they're everywhere! Also the room we book looked nothing like the booking, front desk say it's normal. Service is pretty good, staff are friendly and try their best to be helpful, but the facility is just falling apart.
