Absolutely fantastic place to stay for either quick or long trips to Valladolid. The WiFi is spotty at best - but downstairs in the cafe it works great.

Good hotel in a convenient location, with a 10 min walk into town through a beautiful park. Spacious rooms and bathroom, well cleaned as are the common areas. Lovely cafe/bar with two great beers on tap, excellent service and a tasty burger. Decent breakfast and breakfast area. Underground parking accessed via car lift which was fun, but had vehicle limits.

This is a very nice property, well situated for public transportation (5 minutes to train station, right at bus station). It has a very good restaurant, reasonable for the quality (important as the nearest restaurants are about 10 minutes away, along the Campo Grande). My score reflects one shortcoming -- which may not affect you, but which management should correct -- wifi was consistently weak. The hotel had large tour grounds and in the evening, I had poor or no reception. If you have phone service, not a problem. But, apparently lots of us didn't!

Check-in and the room were fine. Location was close to a few restaurants and the park. My mother and aunt did not like the manager's attitude though. Everything else was okay.

Good location..about 15mins walk to the centre and close to train and bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Room basic, spacious and clean with comfortable bed.

Excellent hotel in a central location for walking to the town centrr. Adjacent to the railway station. Rooms are very spacious and excellent bathroom. Top class breakfast with a eude range of gluten free options.

The location - literally around the corner from the bus station, and a very short walk to the train station is perfect for a traveler using that type of transportation. Check-in was quick and simple, the room and bathroom are very spacious.

The hotel is nice. I chose it because of its vicinity to the main station and that my usual hotel was booked out. The breakfast was good and the adjacent restaurant also offers good value for the money. Nothing very special, but overall I was satisfied.

Very good room but the location is quite isolated from good restaurants and other activity so I would not recommend the hotel.

Good rooms but very poor location. Also it was annoying that they claimed an exercise room when in fact it hasn’t been built yet.

We stayed one night here to break up a long journey, and it was a good choice. Close to the train station, a short walk to the town centre, and a good breakfast available. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room.

They have a funky parking system where you drive into an elevator and they bring you down to parking. Kind of cool. The front desk staff are very friendly. Anything you ask them for they say “no problem”; couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. The location is perfect; very close to all of the down town sites.

I was there for one night and had a train to catch in the morning. The hotel is close to the station. When I checked out the lady at reception told me even though I had a prepaid booking that they didnt use it and for me to give my credit card. I did since I had no time to dispute with her. She kept the machine on her side of the desk so I couldnt choose to pay in Euros. I dont know if something shady was taking place there. This has never happened at any of the many Hotels.com bookings Ive had. I have to check and see if I was charged twice for that room

Was allowed to check in early when we arrived so helped us get to our appointment on time. Met all our needs during our stay and will stay there again when we get to Valladolid

we arrived at 08.30 hoping to drop our bags off but on arrival we were given our room this was a pleasant surprise, the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as were all staff members that we met, we had three nights here and had a very relaxing time we would recommend this hotel.
