Great location. Great breakfast! Comfy room. Only thing missing was hangers/closet setup! Happy stay!

The room was small. The sink drained very slow. The shower never stopped dripping. There was hairs in the shower. Parking was always a challenge. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft.

If you’re on a budget, this is a great hotel choice. Yes, the room could have been a little more comfortable, but it had all the basics. After the first night, I asked if we could switch to a room that also had a bathtub. They were kind enough to switch us at no extra cost. Having continental breakfast in the morning is nice too if you need a quick bite. The hotel provides some staples there as well (coffee, cereal, fruit, waffles, etc.)

We booked for our Anniversary. 3 nights. Would not stay here again. Dog hair on the carpet. Coffee splash dripping down the wall. Shower curtain too low. Hanging 6" into the shower. Low water pressure. No weather stripping around the door and the hallway light shined in. It was like having a flashlight on all night. Had to jam a towel in the door to make it bareable. It has had a really badly done makeover. Food was ok, but super crowded every day. Bed was comfy. But thats it. It did NOT meet my expectations for a Quality Inn. Go elsewhere.

It was good.

Great location for us as we like to walk to the casinos and leave our car parked at the hotel - free parking! We also liked that there was no "resort fee" as we rarely use those amenities. Our room was clean, very comfortable bed, liked the Keurig coffee maker, the small fridge and microwave. It was unusual to not have a closet; for 2 nights we really didn't need to hang clothes, but that would have been nice. I'm sure I could have asked for hangars and used the shower rod. The only other negative for us was the hair dryer as my wife uses a styling brush, but you can't do that at the same time you're having to keep the "on" button depressed - it's really just a hair dryer for a guy. But hangars and the hair dryer were minor details. Our check-in guy was great - super polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! The gals who work there keep everything well-stocked and very clean. Overall a 4+ stay - we'd definitely book here again. Thank you!

The motel was nice, check in & checkout were streamlined, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The inclusive breakfast here was better than any we've ever had! Such a great selection of food that would please the pickiest of eaters.

Was moved to another room because the housekeepers didn’t clean up after the last persons stay, second room was also dirty stains and rips on floor

Hotel is very old, with modern upgrades. Loved the continental breakfast. Location is perfect! Beach & Harrah’s casino is a 5 min walk. Loved that there were recycle and trash bins around property. Front desk very kind. Only bad thing to say is the rooms don’t smell good. Smell very old like damp wet wood. Refrigerator although clean, did not smell good and does have microwave which was clean. They could probably change the carpets out which might help the smell. They also have usb lamps and the mattress and pillows are heavenly! Overall good stay would stay again. Oh added bonus, tv has HBO and Max. Plus rooms have small balconies!

Lights shining under door all night, banging and loud noises all night long. Probably the most run down hotel I've ever been in. $700 for two nights is riduculous for this crap of a hotel! Free breakfast was so crowded, we couldnt even squeeze in the building. Beautiful city, crappy hotel!

Really great value for the area, clean and comfortable rooms, walking distance to restaurants, bars, and attractions and super close to the lake. Friendly front desk staff.

Unbearable chemical smell in room from cleansers. I kept window open for two days and the odor remained. I had allergies after. Blood stain on comforter. Would be good for management to use eco-cleaners and have a manager double check condition of linen before guest arrives.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Washer/dryer in property @ $2.50 lol . Will definitely be coming back!!

The staff super nice , the rooms in our building were clean a little out dated.. I would go back here but the breakfast is a little weak for the price. Can get loud the walls are thin. Close to Harvey’s at the state line

Great stay for the value! Convenient location.The property appeared to have been recently remodeled. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too!

The room smelled like they used a stronger cleaner to cover up some type of smell? Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The shower was small . Parking lot was full and they asked us to park across the street at one of their other locations.

Parking was limited. We booked a room with a king size bed, the bathroom only had 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth and no bath mat and so we had to ask for one. There was not a glass in the bathroom to brush your teeth, no complimentary bottle of water and the window above the shower had no screen. I did like how clean the bathroom and bedroom were.

No house keeping over 4 days. Very noisy til midnight Outside concert on neighboring property - noise ordinance ignored.

Just need to update the shower

Decent hotel in pretty area of Lake Tahoe. Good breakfast and safe area.

Overall Great! There was some challenge parking was the only downside but it was not a big deal.

I booked my stay because of the hot tub and it was not working. Breakfast was pretty bad and closed earlier. The room was fairly average for the price. There is a road between some rooms, the pool and the reception and other facilities. There is no crossing. Frankly Disappointed.
