Nice clean big rooms, large lobby, Starbuck's inside lobby, excellent valet parking, overall a good experience

The only issue was the TV kept stalling or would cut out completely.

Broken elevator. Very noisy clients with no staff intervention. Kind of a rough area location not convenient for walk around.

Hotel room was large and comfortable. Bar was well stocked and service was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great.

Hotel was clean, rooms were very clean and air conditioning worked well. Warm water always available for showers. Only downside is they are rebuilding alot around the area which closed some crosswalks and walkways. Convenience wise it would have been nice to stay closer to the aquarium area but this place was nice with great staff that it was worth driving to some places

Lighting terrible in my room. Nice size room. Convenient location for convention center. Nice amenities in the hotel for food, coffee, etc.

I was quite disappointed that this property no longer has a pool. They also did not have a business center. However they were able to print something for me but it would have been easier to be able to do it myself. Not having to run to the front desk every time i needed something.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The spa was excellent and the dining was great. 5/5 Would definitely recommend.

Nice central location and walkable to most things. The hotel was clean and the restaurant and bar were great.

I loved the look and feel of the building. The rooms were pristine. The staff was exceptional. The food at The Forge restaurant was delicious. The hostess was so sweet and attentive and the waiters were amazing. The front desk Cedar and Eddie made sure I had a wonderful stay. The Spa was a delight. The front desk coordinator s Shannon and Rose were the best and Mk and Brandi gave me the best experience. Now the only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel no longer has a pool at this time they converted it to a restaurant bar on the roof.

For the price I thought the hotel needed more upgrades and could be cleaner. Also was very loud, I could hear everyone in all of the other rooms around us. The lobby was beautiful and loved that there is a Starbucks accessible from the lobby. Also the spa and spa staff were amazing!

Clean and practical. Good service. Not far from downtown. Easy parking. Good size comfortable rooms. No laundry service.

Hotel was nice. Air conditioning struggled inside the rooms. Not just our room but other guests we asked. Air conditioner works great in the hallway but not inside your room. Kind of ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Was willing to let that slide but unfortunately the parking garage for the hotel has no security and the count was over 50 cars that had been broken into at the time I checked out, including mine. The hotel vacuumed out the cars and taped the windows. I was not offered refunds for the stay, discounts for future stays, meal voucher, etc. They didn’t even refund the parking fee for the garage you get robbed in. On top of that, I didn’t find out about it until 10:45 am when I was attempting to load the vehicle and checkout. They noticed cars were broken into at 7-7:30 am and didn’t call or check with guests that were using the garage. There were still guests at the hotel that had no idea they were broken into because they had not gone out to there vehicle that morning. The whole situation was insane to think about for such a nice hotel. How in the world is there not overnight security. Just at a glance I saw no cameras in the garage either. Maybe at the entrance but it did nothing to deter thieves. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

The hotel and front desk manager Christina were great. TRAVELOCITY WAS NOT GREAT! They did not send my reservation info to the hotel.
