There was a credi card charge for “incidentals” put onto my card, but later removed at checkout that I had NO idea was coming, and it was $50.00 - alittle step for incidentals. The staff seemed nice; did have a workman knock and start to enter the room before I could get there but excused himself & left, but no idea why he was stopping. Also would prefer Non- feather pillow option - for comfort & health reasons. And perhaps beverage machines.

Stay was pleasant.

Kids had a great time in the pool. Room was clean-wish they stocked towels in the pool area we had to constantly ask for some when we went down

Was okay hotel. There was a kids field hockey tournament and the kids were running wild. Parents were not watching children in pool and they were in the gym destroying everything.

I booked two rooms with two queen for our employees and they gave them two rooms with kings beds.

AC unit was a little weak. Everything else was great.

Excellent General Manager and friendly staff, breakfast offerings, room accommodations, clean pleasant enjoyable environment. Well run and services by every staff person and other guests I encountered. Very well done and thank you so much for the wonderful experience. We so appreciated it.

Hampton Inn now charges a $5 parking fee for just parking in the lot.

Hotel was clean, no odors, no maintenence needs, service was prompt and friendly. Area was quiet, accessible, and I felt safe. Breakfast was best ive had

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Everything was very nice, staff was friendly. Was on the first floor which was good for us, but at times during the night doors were slamming & could not get back to sleep. Bed was very comfortable.

Great price clean and location was very convenient to Baltimore and airport! The staff was so friendly and it was refreshing!

Booked handy cap , BUT not available when we arrived!

It was poor unfortunately. There was blood on the pillow sheets and the mattress. The room door was broken but would still lock. When we asked for new sheets, they were brought up to us and we had to change over the bloodied sheets. Staff was nice enough but it was very disappointing that we even had to go through something like this related to cleanliness.

Liked that it was conveniently located. Was unhappy with the service of the hotel. They ran out of everything almost after the first day of our time there. They served uncooked tator tots in place of potatoes and had no pastries or hard boiled eggs. They also ran out of oj and then next day ran out of apple juice. Service was very poor. Lady at desk said they served coffee 24 hours a day. She neglected to say the coffee served past breakfast is old and cold. Parking is tight also almost didnt have parking spot after returning to hotel in the evening and parking was $5 a day. The shower was a tub shower but felt like i was standing in a v shaped edge in tub. There was also a dog that was barking one night in the hotel next door to us. It was an okay hotel just cant rely on getting breakfast or hot coffee everyday.

They charge you $5 a day to park! I was shocked & disappointed.

The people were really friendly, especially Kristy in the kitchen at breakfast. The people at the stores around the area were also friendly. There's shopping walkingdistance. ..groceries, pharmacy, etc. There's an indoor pool, coffee offered all day and free breakfast with your stay. Wonderful experience

Residents next to us had TV on ALL night. Can hear everything because of the thin walls. Staff is friendly but facility is dated and totally not worth the cheap price. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and my last.

There are cigarettes all over the ground, right where you have to walk in to the front door. You literally have to step over them.

It would be helpful if there was a Tesla charger in the parking lot.

Just too basic

I don't like the areas there was not enough parking spaces, the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows are too soft and effective January 1, 2024, the Hampyon Inn is charging $5.00 per day for parking. I was stunt to that the Hampton Inn charge for parking.

My first room has a barking dog that would not stop I was surprised to know you don’t have a DEDICATED per floor!

Comfortable

The hotel staff was excellent, very attentive and courteous. Hotel was very clean and the food was great, especially the coffee. I would recommend the hotel for anyone . 5 star
