The service, staff and convenience was perfect. Very accommodating! The pool wasn't warm enough for me but it was a cold day outside. But the sheets! So rough and scratchy that i wont go back. Too bad because it has so many good points. Lots of breakfast choices and good coffee availability.

Good location, quiet, off on a side street. Safe, the hotel staff were all pleasant and kind. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. The room had a weird smell. Good for the price. Hampton inn does a good job for their prices.

This place was close to an event we were attending but not close to anything else. We drove for some snacks and gas. I would prefer to be a bit closer to shopping and further from our event

Lobby and elevator was untidy. Bathroom outdated and needs to be upgraded. Stains on bedroom floor.

Very nice, well kept hotel in a convenient distance to everything we did during our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful when I locked myself out of the room. The beds and pillows were comfy. The indoor pool was heated and open later than we expected. Free breakfast was served, the juices weren’t great but everything else was! Definitely recommend staying here

We took our puppy for the first time on this trip with us. We left her in our room when we went to dinner and she was barking which we did not know she was going to do. Nobody contacted us and they left a note on our door saying they were going to call animal control to take our dog. Tried to talk to the manager and he was not very nice about it.

I have never experienced such warmth and compassion from a Hotel employee. Kristy is phenomenal. Anytime that I am on the East Coast I look forward to staying here again. Kristy greeted everyone that entered, knew majority of the guests names, and went above and beyond in upholding the essence of humanity.

There was a credi card charge for “incidentals” put onto my card, but later removed at checkout that I had NO idea was coming, and it was $50.00 - alittle step for incidentals. The staff seemed nice; did have a workman knock and start to enter the room before I could get there but excused himself & left, but no idea why he was stopping. Also would prefer Non- feather pillow option - for comfort & health reasons. And perhaps beverage machines.

Was okay hotel. There was a kids field hockey tournament and the kids were running wild. Parents were not watching children in pool and they were in the gym destroying everything.

Was on the first floor which was good for us, but at times during the night doors were slamming & could not get back to sleep. Bed was very comfortable.
