I like tge Best Western but there was a big problem with the shower, I had very little water pressure that just got weaker and weaker until it was a trickle. I had to get the rest of the soap off of me by using the sink.

Rooms are in need of an update beds were not bad, but the pillows were awfully flat. Bathroom was very small. Never had breakfast there. Near an interstate so dining options weren't too bad. All in all it wasn't too bad.

Parking isn’t great at the hotel. If you get back later at night, you’ll have to park all the way in the back. One of the days the water wasn’t working in the middle of the day. The room description said queen beds but they were definitely smaller, more full size.
Front desk staff was just okay. Overall, I would book down the street next time we’re in the area.

The location is convenient, there's a gas station right next door. The room overall wasn't too bad. The bathroom and toilet was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable, I'd say it was not too hard or firm but not so soft you get swallowed up by the mattress. I do travel often and have definitely come across much worse. I work in the pest control industry and are knowledgeable about bed bugs. I ALWAYS inspect EVERY room I ever stay in. The room I stayed in was free from pestilence. I thoroughly inspected the room and found no evidence of infestation in this particular room at this time. I choose to stay with Best Western because they can afford proper treatment in the event of an issue and I have consistently had a good experience. Thank you!

Needed a one night stay for a triathlon in Greensboro. Wanted something close, convenient and comfortable. Best Western fit the bill. Friendly, professional staff. checked all the blocks.

This property was superb, from check in to check out. The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast attendant maintained this area and service impeccable. The pool was clean and had towels. Room was clean and everything functioned. Breakfast was adequate, but very convenient. Only one minor issue, the night staff were young and didn't even lift their eyes up when we came in or went out in the evening. For the money this was worth it. I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to the interstate. The room was clean a nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was well regulated. The TV worked fine but the remote did not work well. It was difficult to select channels. The breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs. For hotel fare, I was impressed with the eggs. The lady attendant at the breakfast bar was very nice. She made every attempt to ensure we had everything that we neede. Would definitely stay here again.

Could definitely use more parking spaces. Smoking location is right at the entrance so while we were unloading the car we were having to smell cigarette smoke from some lady sitting by the front door smoking. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good too.

We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and it felt safe. Breakfast was basic: we arrived at 8.15 and most of the warm dishes were empty already, just some scrambled eggs were left, but there was yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc.

Tv did not work in apartment brought it to staff attention. Was told they did not have another room to move me to and it would be resolved follow day.
It was not resolved so back to the front desk thankfully their was someone at the desk more help than the previous two and was moved to a room that had everything in the room that worked. They are in the process of changing over to a best western. Think twice before booking. Also parking seems to be an issue their as well.
