I stayed at multiple Comfort Suites from Maine to Texas but was surprised by this stay, but it was room with a comfortable bed. The staff was very kind and courteous, but the hotel overall was in disrepair from the elevator to the room. Elevator panels were broken and/ or delaminating, and stained, lights lens over the bed were broken or missing and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was the shining star, thank you for a great breakfast selection. As the title says, it was ok for the price point.

No iron but there was an ironing board in the closet. No hot water in the shower. Notified front desk agent who was the opposite of helpful. Cockroach in the breakfast room on the floor

convenient & affordable. Tiny ants in our room though. No stopper in the tub. We asked for one & apparently they don't have tub stoppers? Weird. TV did not work. Things need attention.

Good stay. Easy to register. Staff was fantastic. No icemakers working in the facility-minor issue. Needed some extra towels and items and staff was great at helping us out. Room had everything we needed. Good stay.

Checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean and AC worked very well. The layout of the room was cozy and inviting.

There were roaches in the restroom not enough toulet paper and nobody in the front desk for about a good 20 minutes.

first impression, Staff was very friendly and welcoming and then pretty much all downhill from there. Room smelled very musty, shower/tub handle was on it's last leg, after toilet flushed it took FOREVER for their fancy pressure flush tank to refill and be ready (not Ideal for a family staying in room). no closet bar/ hangars present just a bare closet space. I will say that we saw construction vehicles thier, I am hoping that they are in the middle of a remodel and we just got lucky to have a room still on the list. Overall, complete waste of points/ reward stay- will try my luck elsewhere next time we are in town.

The room was disgusting. Not a clean bathroom. Dingey sheets. Tiny throw pillows for the beds.

The room was advertised as a two room suite in pictures. It looked like they had the dividing wall removed (poor dry walling & paint job. It was nothing like the pictures. Almost laughable.
The elevators had badly broken floor tiles they acted like they were going to break down.
Front desk staff was rude & not professional looking.
Seemed like a dangerous hotel for parking & for families in general.
We left after 3 hours in the room. We could not take it.
Spend 50 bucks more per night & don’t put your kids through hotel hell. Is this a hotel or a truck stop?

I had a good time staying here for a night. The shower wasn’t great, and there were some issues with my TV. However, everything else was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap and convenient place to stay near the airport.

It was a good stay. They’re going through renovations so the cleanliness is a little off. The shower water pressure was low but other those things I was satisfied with the stay.

This hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever checked into. The moment you pass the lobby it’s horrible. The carpets are extremely dirty, smells horrible of cigarette smoke, the furniture in the room extremely dirty. Never ever again. The front desk person was nice.

Our floor was under remodel. The whole building smelled like mold. Water damage on ceiling tiles. Terrible air flow. Never again.

I would not stay here again until the ongoing renovations are finished, if then. Only twice did the toilet flush properly, all the other times it took several (up to 6 times) to fully empty the bowl. In the evening, hot water in the tub was nonexistent, in the morning, slightly better. Water pressure was also very bad, not enough pressure to get water to come out of the shower head! As mentioned by others, carpets are terrible and the elevator floors are in bad shape. During the morning breakfast, the coffee "machine" was out-of-order. Only positive was the bed was very comfortable. However, were glad we had only booked one night.

My first floor room had no hot water at all. Not at the sink, not in the shower. I don't mean tepid, I mean none. I would have called the front desk, but the room had no phone. Yup, ice cold speed shower, and nothing to do but check out. Front desk guy just wrote it on a long mostly filled legal pad. Sad experience all around.

AirPort Shuttle unavailable, room without telephone, hairdryer, we needed to go downstairs to ask for the sofá blankets, hot water on the shower couldnt open and the worst thing was a cockroach in the bed at the middle of the night walking my body.

Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Without question nowhere near a $300/night hotel. Mold on the floors & windows, food left in the fridge, dirty beds and sofa. Horrible smell of mildew. Hotel in total disrepair. We got had by good picture taking in the listing. Would never stay again or recommend anyone to stay here.

We had stayed at this hotel a couple of times more than a year ago but it really seemed to have gone downhill. There was no hot water for the shower. There was no coffee or juice at the breakfast. The other offerings seemed to have been scaled down.

The property outside was okay however the rooms were not dated which was okay however there was no hot water and no water pressure they moved us to another room but the problem was the same
