Location and proximity to the beach was good walking distance to sites and many restaurants Front desk very helpful and polite

I love this hotel and keep coming back. View over the beach is great, staff always helpful, huge selection in buffet breakfast.

Great location right by the sea and particularly in the quite area of the sea (without significant waves), next to the old town, clean, friendly, professional, comfortable. Great restaurants (Louise, etc) near by with very friendly staff. I only had breakfast with this package and it was standard with fresh produce, etc. Would highly recommend it.

This hotel always has the friendliest staff and the check in process is simple. Great breakfast included in our rate! Bartender Christos was great and friendly!

Spacious rooms, excellent service and a great breakfast.

The hotel is right on the beach with lots of restaurant choices close by. The port is a five minute taxi away. The hotel though comfortable is a bit dated and the bathroom is very small and pokey. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet fairly ordinary. Only downside a very rude security guy on the main door when we returned from dinner. We have another few days there so will compare again.

The hotel room was dated and very small (the pictures posted online look much larger). Based on the rate, we expected more. Since we were going to a wedding and there no iron in the room, we requested one, but it never materialized. The telephone did not work.

There is many problems in the hotel first there is no coffee machine in the rooms as it shows in the picture. The hotel is a old hotel the staf and the bath room is old and small. The food in breakfast was ok but not more then that.

The stuff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was close to the shopping area and short walk to the old city.

Although it is an older hotel it is clean and staff helpful. Air conditioning was repaired as soon as I asked. Access to beach fabulous with the attendant, Angelo, particularly wonderful. Would stay again

Perfect location - right on the beach, 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town! Staff were extremely friendly, we got a free room upgrade upon check-in which was a nice surprise. Breakfast and dinner was really tasty, plenty of choice.

We love the view at this hotel. If you can, book the sea view. It is a truly wonderful view. Breakfast is not very inspiring. The view from the breakfast room makes up for it.

Hotel was faultless and allowed me to have a late check out to fit in with my travel time. No request was a problem to them. First class.

Vwey clean, check-in was easy, staff friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas period. Good choice for breakfast. Room clean and bed comfortable. Room warm all night. Been becore, and definitely go back again.

The position of the hotel was excellent. The reception and bar areas were fine. The breakfast was good but the restaurant was much too small for the number of guests. The room we had (garden view) was directly above the kitchen and the ventilation system and other kitchen machinery was very loud when our balcony door was open. The garden was essentially one enormous rubber tree that shaded out the light. The bed was comfortable but the room contained too much furniture for its size, making it difficult to move around.

Would not recommend this hotel for any English holiday makers. Our thoughts where the appear to cater for the German, Dutch & Swedish breakfast all continental with nothing for the English, snotty eggs, awful something that looked like bacon, tinned German sausages, small cornflakes that tasted like bits of cardboard. The toast was OK if you put it through the toaster twice. and asking for hot water they seem you were from another planet. Room OK with TV channels for USA & English were only news and financial channels which repeat every 20 mins. BUT the German German, Dutch & Swedish channels did have films and there local channels Swimming pool is not worth getting into very small with 1.2 mtrs for 2 mtrs then a steep slope for 1 mtr to a drop into 2. 4 mtrs of water with titles you could only slip on. on arrival late at night and put into room without sea view, had to tell them we paid for sea view, hotel was full that night & moved the next day

The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the internet was very slow.

Overall we like the hotel as a base to explore the Medieval Old Town; lots of restaurants and shops nearby; pebbly beach in front of the hotel; air con was noisy and not cool enough the first night - got fixed at once which was better. Mini-bar didn't work first day, again got fixed right away; both air con and mini-bar took one day to start functioning properly, which could have been avoided if they are checked before guests arrive. Swimming pool is small but quite pleasant. Not enough deckchairs as full all the time. Lovely lounge area and plenty of spaces to relax in. Gym and spa facilities are at Rodos Palace and have to pay for transfer (taxi or bus) if not booking for beauty treatment. Gym is ok with outdated equipment. Spa, steam and saunas are tiny (only fit in a few people). Beauty treatments are very nice but expensive. Wi-fi is linked with room TV and it works well. Bar is handy for poolside drinks and cocktails at night. We were on half board with buffet breakfast and dinner. Themed dinner every night which was interesting. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
