Though the building was under construction with my stay

The room was absolutely filthy. We all slept fully dressed because the bedding was so nasty. The pullout couch had more than a dozen large stains and there were no sheets or bedding in the room for it. The shower took more than 5 minutes to even be warm- still not bearable to shower in, but not freezing cold. By far the most distrusting hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The front desk employees were so friendly and nice. They seemed to really enjoy talking to us and checking us in and we had a little issue with the TV and they gladly fixed. They were above and beyond friendly and nice. I really appreciated Tiara and Clover. In the morning when we checked out, we again had excellent friendly service by Kevin. Great staff, I would stay there again, just because of how welcome they made us feel.

The staff were incredibly kind throughout the whole stay, and only redeeming quality. However, the room we stayed in was incredibly unclean (maybe even dangerous?). The bottom of the bathroom door was shredded along with the whole of the office chair. Many spots had not been wiped down from the last visitor, including the headboard. The bathroom light switches were also not covered properly, and the fan did not work. Finally, the main light fixture in the room was completely missing.

The tub looked dirty and yellow. The sink wouldn’t drain. The pull out bed didn’t have blankets. The microwave was really old. Smelled musty when we arrived. The staff in the front were very kind and sweet

Our stay was nice. We checked for bugs, and there weren't any. The elevator makes a lot of weird noise which is concerning. Other than that, our room was clean, everyone was nice, and we got a good sleep

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I killed 3 cockroaches in the bathroom when I got up during the night! The curtains were ripped and the sofa bed was not even worth being called a bed.

It took 4 different rooms before we found one I could stay in. The people were very nice and very apologitic, but in the end the rooms had a bit of shabbiness about them. Location for me was perfect and the shower was very nice.

They didn’t have the room we booked available because they had over booked that style of room. They give us two rooms but the dog barking all night long was over the top. Bad experience

The room took forever to get ready and there is no bathroom in the lobby. The rooms were very clean but the rest of the property (especially lobby) is not. Dust everywhere. Little to none of the gym equipment worked. Very noisy.

Hotel in convenient location but quiet. Near restaurants and shopping. Room large and clean. Shower had good water pressure. TV was not working properly but staff addressed it right away. Didnt understand how to use AC/heat. Breakfast usual for most. Pool was closed.

I stayed for over 10 days and never got any room service to replace towels, soap, clean the room, nothing. I ran out of coffee in 5 days so had to get some from front desk. Never had the room cleaned in my entire stay of 10 days.

We stayed for the Indy 500 weekend and it was for the price and availabilty as there is little availability during that weekend. The hotel was fine since we weren’t in the room, but it seemed as the only thing clean about it was the bed, maybe the sheets. The shower was disgusting and needed a deep cleaning. We would’ve looked else where if we hadn’t already wrapped up the $600 to stay for 2 nights.

The room we were assigned wasn't even cleaned! The room we eventually got: 1) The curtains were in tatters; 2) The outside window pane was shattered; 3) The TV wouldn't work properly; 4) There was a dog barking outside our room; 5) The floors and walls are paper thin. You could hear every step above us; 6) The pool was cloudy - I wouldn't let my daughter go swimming.

The front desk and the staff were great. The bed felt kinda gritty and there was a big hair ball in the bathroom on the toilet. The pool was cold and cloudy and very unenjoyable. The bed itself was rather uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel when in the Indianapolis area. For the price we paid per night, i dont feel like it was worth it.

When we entered our room the floor wasn't swept. When we pulled back the cover from the bed the sheets were not changed. There were long hairs in the bed. The pool had way to much chemicals in it. Burnt my grand daughters eye. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GREAT WAS JAYDEN THE FRONT DESK HELP. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE.

Purchased room based on pictures an reviews and feel we were scammed into a scummy motel not a quality hotel. Very disappointed in Hotels dot com for allowing four stars to be applied to such a crappy place. Furniture worn, stained and general gross. Drawers with food stains and crud, some not broke. Head board pulled off wall as well as chunks of wall finish pitting and missing. Water pressure was good. May have to reevaluate the use of Hotel.com

While yes, there were beds and the room was tidy upon arrival, the walls were absolutely paper thin. Could hear neighbor televisions. Sounded like people were in the hall talking from their rooms. Towels were never replaced in the pool area. There wasn't a clear option to elect to have the room cleaned between nights. No sink except the bathroom. Pull out bed extremely uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was disgusting. Entirely too expensive for the poor quality.

Overall the place wasn’t clean at all. The hallways are covered in food crumbs trash. The rooms had hard floors also could tel they weren’t swept or mopped so I had to sweep and mop it myself. Counters wiped down rags were dark brown. Stains on curtains. We had our kids and I’m a hygiene freak and I was upset with the condition of the place. Felt comfortable after I cleaned it.

We checked out the next day and stayed at another hotel for our next night in Indiana.
I'll start off with the good points. The front desk staff were very friendly. We checked in at night, I don't recall his name but he was kind and accommodating. The next day, the general manager was there. He too was great and friendly. I almost feel the GM should be working at a much nicer place given his demeanor and professionalism.
The whole place is filthy. Our first room we went into, the handle was broken, the room smelled of cigarettes and poop. I requested another room. The other room didn't smell, but it was just as dirty. We checked in late and we needed a place to sleep. I wiped everything down with a soapy washcloth so we could touch counters and light switches. The washcloth was BROWN when I finished. Absolutely disgusting. The floor looked like it had never been touched. Crumbs, hair, dirt. It was disgusting.

Staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy, but room was not in the best condition, toilet kept clogging up, couch was dirty, sheets had spots on it and pool area could be kept up a little better but over all for one night not terrible. Hoping breakfast is good in the morning.
