The guy at check in said I had to pay a $50 deposit on my card and HAD to enter my pin number. I do not like using my pin number. He also said cash was not an option. In the morning when checking out a different person asked me if my deposit was cash or card then showed me the cash box for deposits. So now i have to worry about my card being skimmed.

Pros: shopping centers and restaurants nearby.
Cons: hotel is maybe a step up from a super 8.
Bathroom tub was filthy, front desk accommodated and changed my room and that Bathroom was less filthy but still dirty. We drove to Wal-Mart to buy slippers to wear in the shower. The headboard had some kindy of splotchy, dried wet stains.
I would not come back.

Stayed overnight after arriving late at IAD. Stayed there to visit the Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum before taking an Uber to College Park for work (my bags were stored at the hotel). All worked very well. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The bedroom was large - it is not a very modern place, but it has been well maintained. Staff were nice and looked after me well.
Would certainly stay there again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Swimming pool was too small to really swim laps, but got a little exercise. Pool stayed open until 10pm, but doesn’t open until 9am. Surprised it doesn’t open earlier. Dining room offered a free hot breakfast, but tables were still dirty from the previous guest. At 6:35am tables were already dirty; I can imagine how they looked as morning progressed. No one on duty to clean tables after guests.

I booked this hotel because of the airport transportation. Come to find out, they didn't provide transport to the airport we flew into. If your flight is before 0700...forget about this hotel! I don't know why they advertise airport transport! We spent A LOT of money on Lyft rides! Breakfast was same thing everyday...different sausage, pork, chicken or turkey. Hot tub jets were controlled by the front desk. No room service unless requested. Very disappointed for the $$ we spent here.

This was a very clean and comfortable choice. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but the dining area was crowded, so we took food back to the room. The location felt safe, and there is convenience of shopping nearby. Though it's near the airport, the room was quiet.

Stay away from this place. I had a terrible experience and the manager lies straight to your face and does nothing to help until last minute after you pester him enough.

Clean & not too far from the airport. I didn’t like that we had to pay up front for sundry items like water, soda etc. They refuse to charge it to our room even though they took a security deposit from my credit card.

We had a pleasant stay before an early morning flight. Some airplane noise and a noisy air conditioner. Found an empty water bottle in the room. A few restaurants close enough to walk to. The hotel suited our needs. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough.

Front desk peoe need yo bevretrained to be morecservice oriented snd helpful to the guest. Printer eas not working. I wish they had a ondote restaurant. Breakfast was ok since it was free donot expect miracle. The lady who works in bkfst area was good.

Almost 10minutes to the airport and hourly free shuttle bus was convenient. But since the hotel is underneath of approach course, unfortunately pretty noisy from early morning. Staff was kind, bed was comfy and relatively new facility is great choise when you need to stay close to the airport.

It appears that the front desk's policy is not to answer and put on hold incoming calls that occur when guests are at the desk. Took four attempts to call the property before an answer. Once there, everything was terrific. Thanks!

Everything was good expect the bathroom light would cut on and off while you was taking a shower.

Positives, the service the beds and the breakfast was great. The AC in the room was ice cold and worked great. Not a bad location. Near places like Walmart and target. Quiet room even tho the place seemed packed.
Negatives, the hotel is older and seems like it needs some upgrades. Third floor ice machine was incredibly loud. My room (309) had water damage to the ceiling and water stains on the carpet and walls. The "blackout" curtains are definitely not black out.
