The main problem was we were on the ground floor, west side of the building, drapes did not close, and the flood light was on all night. It was like the sun never went down. No sleep that night for both of us. Get some room darkening drapes that close all the way!

Upon arrival the front desk agent was nice and got me checked in swiftly. The room it self was clean. But the comforter on the bed was not clean. I took it off and just slept with the sheet. Breakfast was simple. I do like that they had the snack area stocked daily.

The only thing we did not like was the breakfast area it was NOT KEEP CLEAN . No one wiped off the tables the whole time breakfast was being served. They did not wipe the steam table off nor the waffle maker area. The waffle area never had any clean cups to get the batter with. The coffee cups were not crept stocked nor the juice glasses

Bed bugs everywhere in the room, bathroom was nasty, management did not even care to call back after complaints, very unfriendly staff.

Under new management and it is so much better!!

Property location is best because you have everything you need very close by. Hotel is clean and room was in excellent condition. Staff is very helpful. Overall best location to stay.

The lady working at 9PM on Apr 8th, 2024 was amazing. I do not remember her name, but she made the experience much better after a LONG drive to get some sleep.

We arrived at 10pm and check in was smooth with friendly reception. Plenty of parking, even with lots of rooms I use. Second floor room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from other rooms. Fast, easy check out with, “have a great day” from staff as we left.

Giving 4 stars this time for property condition and facilities because the fridge in the room where I stayed, Room 232, froze all my food. The temperature control dial had either broken off or been pulled out.

Had a maintenance issue that management quickly address. They were very quick to address the issue.

There was an odd smell on the property. Breakfast items were limited almost nothing to choose from….expired yogurt, fruit and eggs were gone and staff had no more to bring out.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, there breakfest is on point too!

So I booked this hotel versus some of the other hotels in the area that were comparabky priced as they had some negative reviews about the pool, cockroaches, or bedbugs. Basically I wanted a clean hotel. The staff was nice as they let us check out at noon the next day instead of 11 as we asked the night before for no additional fee. However, we got there at maybe 5 PM on a Saturday and they were already out of towels, and when we went swimming the next morning, they continued to be out of pool towels. There is also a dirty diaper wrapped up by where the pool towels should be from Saturday evening and continued to be there Sunday when we checked out. I told the staff about this and they basically shrugged it off. The beds in the bedroom have space underneath them, which I don't enjoy in a hotel because things can get lost but underneath that space, there was what I hope was part of a chocolate cake. I did not want to sniff it to find out. So the positive things about this hotel are that the staff seemed nice. The room was ready when we got there the breakfast buffet had a waffle maker, and was on par with what I would expect from a continental breakfast. The TV in the room seemed fine, although it was at a weird angle And the beds were comfortable enough. The swimming pool was a little small, but it was warm enough and it was open. There was no hot tub by the pool.

No toilet paper except what was on the roll. Breakfast was horrible. The biscuits were rock hard, 2 pieces of shriveled up sausage links in the pan and watered down apple juice. No milk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Good clean location, busy area and many dining options, conveniently located off the expressway. The one thing not so good was there breakfast, glad we didn't habe to pay for it.

The first room wasn’t clean at all. Shaved hair was on the sink and nats all around the dirty toilet. Housekeeping didn’t even try. We were moved to a second room, which was better; at least someone tried. The rooms overall need a deep clean. I definitely won’t come here again. The front desk lady and the guy are so nice and helpful. Otherwise this place would be one star.

There was mildew/mold on our tub. The pullout couch mattress was covered in plastic. There was a STRONG smell of someone smoking marijuana our first night—I had to put a towel by the door to block out the smell. The smell lingered the entire weekend. Check-in was slow and confusing. Breakfast was not good. We will not be staying here again.

The grounds around the hotel were well manicured and the parking spaces for Veterans meant alot.

3 times in recent weeks my room has noisy refrigerator. Cooling & heating units and toilets run off and on all night. Last night was worst yet..tub was disgusting, shower fixture was broken and unsafe and found 2 nlack bugs crawling on wa in bathroom. Never again will I stay at this hotel

People are very nice. Bathroom had multiple hairs in shower and sink area. Hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly

It was ok, definitely not worth the price and the property was kind of dirty.
