Nice place and recommend

The inside was so clean and spacious. However I have been eaten up by mosquitoes any time I leave the unit. Or when I am asleep because every morning I wake up with several bites all over my body .

This is a beautiful that adequately fit our family of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. The location is great! We loved the pool and the hot tub with the river flowing in the background. We would definitely go back!

A very nice and close place to the mountain Very close to bear parking lot and skiing.

A bit far from the city but the atmosphere is wonderful such as trail is just near by and be able to go for a walk along with the beautiful river immediately. Also easy access to the lake and beautiful park.

Beautiful area. Nice and quiet.

We liked that the property was nicely set into the forestry, and the room was a great size for our family with beds for everyone. It was a fantastic experience.

Property was clean, plenty of space for 2 adults, 3 kids. No a/c, which was not a surprise, but the west facing windows made the room like and oven (90 degrees in room) in late afternoon. We left windows open, but there was construction noise outside all night, so it wasn’t a great solution. Also, the beds were rock hard. No one slept comfortably.

very clean. Loved staying in a condo versus a hotel. Place was very large and accommodated our family. Would have been nice to have AC, as it got hot during our stay and nice to have provided fans, but main room still very hot, even at night with fans sucking in cooler outside air. Would stay here again

Well kept condo and beautiful veiws/scenery. Can't go wrong with a mountain stay in CO during the fall. I wish the TV remotes worked...not easy at all to use. Other than that, highly recommended.

It was a very nice condo. It was very roomy and had comfortable furnishings. Because it was on the top floor, the ceilings were vaulted providing even more room. You could walk across the street and parking lot (about 10 min) to catch the bus up to Beaver Creek. The condo had big window looking toward the Eagle river, which ran behind the property.

Excellent facility/complex/ location. Only negatives- main family room tv did not work; beds very short, no hot tub on entire complex, which was strange considering its a ski facility. But heated garage was also superb.

We would stay here again for sure.

Avon Village has multiple locations. We stayed in a unit at the Lodge at Brookside. Unit was great, but check in was a pain. We found the lodge, but there was no place to check in. The location provided by hotels.com sent us to The Seasons hotel, where we were not staying. Fortunately, the guy at the front desk had experienced this situation before and knew who to call and where to send us. We found the check in location just inside the gates at the entrance to the road leading to Beaver Creek.

Avon is beautiful (return trip for us). Condo provided a nice mountain view. For us, the immediate and main problem was the room configuration. The description cited THREE beds, and a fold-out couch (see the pictures on your website). Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room had only two beds, plus the fold-out couch. I tried to handle it at the hotel-level first - but they tried to suggest to me that the fold-out couch WAS the third bed. That didnt fit the description of this property on H.com website, so I called you (Hotels.com). The CS agent was gracious and helpful throughout the call. This situation was not her fault - but she tried to help. This problem is between the hotel property and H.com. To me, it is a classic bait and switch! They described one room, and provided another. The hotel management was cold and unaccommodating of our concern. The CS agent did all she could - but at the end of the day, this is a policy issue. There also is no A/C (my fault for not checking for that prior to booking). A ceiling fan would greatly help this. Rooms are hot and dont really cool down until late evening (box fans). The master bed seemed comfortable at first - but there were two significant ruts that proved to be uncomfortable over time. My daughter found dog-hair in the other bed - gross! This is a great hotel if youre an early riser - trash pickup (really loud and prolonged) occurs on both Tuesday and Thursday (Saturday too?) ... at 7AM!

We were just there for one night but the condo was great for us. When I booked I was told that this unit had a room with 3 twin beds, there were only 2. We had 3 kids with us. We had to use the pull out sleeper which was not too comfortable. Also, the kids wanted to go for a swim but the pool was closed for some reason. Since we were only staying for one night, these unfortunates really did not impact our stay.

Lovey HUGE condo. You need to walk to the shuttle stop then take the bus up to Beaver Creek. Its easier to drive to Vail, pay parking and ski that much bigger mountain.

Great property , staff and location. Upstairs neighbors very loud and uncooperative. Staff jumped in right away and when guests would not comply they did not hesitate to involve local authorities.

The condo was perfect for our ski trip. We loved the location and the condo itself was amazing!

I was expecting to stay at the hotel in the picture, but they use several properties including Condos in Beaver Creek. The location was great- ski in ski out, but average condo that is way outdated. We had a great time in BC though.

I thought I was booking a 2 bedroom condo in the town of Avon. And while the confirmation indicated that there were various addresses, it was clear that I should have gotten a 2 bedroom condo located yards from various activities and restaurants, etc.About a month before my arrival I got a call from Arrowhead lodging regarding my room. It took a few minutes to realize I was booked in a room in Arrowhead. After a few go rounds with Todd, I got them to admit that they oversold the originally booked spaces and were moving me to Arrowhead.I informed them that the reason I wanted to be in Avon was because Id be without a car and needed the proximity to food and shopping. Also told them that I didnt have any way of knowing whether I was getting what I paid for.In the end, they gave me a very nice unit (#304) in Aspenwood Lodge in Arrowhead. In addition, they had a nice guy named John there to help us get our luggage to the room. Even shuttled me to the grocery store so I could get some food. And even sent me a nice gift basket to our room. The condo was about 200 yards from the lift, 150 yards to a shuttle drop off, and 100 yards from the pool. But the most amazing thing was really the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my kids and ensure my trip was fantastic. I will stay there again and again.

Hotels.com states that unit has two beds plus the master. Got keys and went to unit to find two queens + room smelled like burnt lasagna (you know the smell). Changed locations with suitcases and kids (never easy). New location fine until we were woken up at 1030 pm and ordered to move our vehicle (or be towed) because it didn't fit with their parking space line (front to back). Keep in mind the parking garage had 5 cars or less the entire time we were there. So here goes dad .... down to move the truck, half asleep and madder than a wet hen. Next morning we were awakened to roof repairs directly over our heads at 715! Saw, saw, rip, footsteps, repeat. Whole experience was a total joke. Better off at comfort inn next time.

We had a lot of fun, loved the place so much. The only thing wasn't comfortable are the beds! Needs all new mattresses.

Very spacious and nice condo with all the amenities and more. Great location and plenty of room for a large group to stay comfortably.

On our last night there, the fire alarms for the entire building went off. We were originally planning on leaving early in the morning, but we didn't want to deal with the fire alarm issues all night, so we left that evening and did not get to enjoy our final night's stay. Since the condos are on top of a strip mall, I think the fire issue was coming from a restaurant below the building. But it definitely effected our stay and made us drive home in a snow storm at midnight.

Very comfy for a family specially with little kids. Restaurants on site, parking heated garage . Appliance outdated but they worked. Laundry and lot of space. Will come back.

the room was fine, but the management company said the owners had decided to close the Hot Tub This was very disappointing to go to a Ski Vacation and not have a Hot Tub when you get in of the evening. I will not stay at this condo again

quick check in and check out. Good location just as I expected. Spacy room bigger than I expected with nice views of the mountain. The only thing that I would have like improved would not to have to use regular keys for both room doors and the ski locker doors especially since one was used for both.

THe hotel and the whole trip was phenomenal.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced for our family trip.

The condo was actually privately owned which made it just that much more homey feeling. Plenty of sleeping space, could comfortably sleep 10 people, had a loft with extra beds, large balcony facing the mountain and 2 bathrooms with a jacuzzi in one of them. The only problem was finding the place as the name Avon Village was nowhere to be seen and none of the locals know it. It was actually known as Beaver Creek. Would defintely stay again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in this area with all the amenities, this is a good choice and fairly priced compared to the alternatives. Room was nice, a little dated, but nice and comfortable. The only big complaint I had, was no internet access.
