When we got into our room, we noticed there were only two queen beds. Our reservation was for 5 people but there was only enough room for 4 people to sleep. Also, we noticed the bed was dirty (the top covers) and saw what looked like droplets of blood in various places on the carpet as well as the toilet paper holder was broken. We called the front desk and they quickly gave us a different room. The next morning we went to get some breakfast in the breakfast area. There wasn’t much of a variety of food and the area didn’t seem sanitary. There were some workers painting areas of the hotel and were signs up warning of wet paint. I did not feel comfortable staying there nor looking forward to sleeping. It just seemed very run down and the workers were just running it at the bare minimum.

It was clean and convenient. I will say that the breakfast options weren’t that appealing…

It was a quick experience

The property was under construction when we stayed here. The ice machine was broken. The breakfast was limited and had very little options. There was blood on the floor of our hotel room, and according to guest services, there was no other rooms for us to move into. Overall felt dirty. Staff was kind but had little to offer for accommodations of switching rooms. Pool was opened so we did like that.

Hot tub was unsafe with concrete open of the floor of the hot tub. The hot tub jets were spitting out cold water - the fitness room nothing worked properly. The doors of the hotel rooms were very heavy and loud.

Loved staying here during a recent power outage it was just the perfect place. Everyone was very pleasant and the pool and hot tub kept my kids busy. Breakfast was very good as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Place needs a good cleaning and some maintenance work. Windows leaked during a storm. Moved to a different room, same thing. Ice machine broken, vending machines broken.

The hotel said that the booking for My room never went through. I had to pay the room again with my debit card though my bank.

The hotel was over booked so we didn’t get the room we asked for. The room was bad. there were stains on the towels and the room smelled bad. The paint around the bathroom door frame was peeling off. Random stains on the walls. The door handle on the closet was broken.

Decent room. Steps never got vacuumes.

I stayed at this property thinking I was in good hands. I'm visiting my father who is dying in hospice. I paid for my stay through Expedia it was a total of $180.32 . I checked out prior to Eleven. Took a video of my stay and left my room keys to the attendant. At 11.29 they tried to charge my card for another $90.00. I then proceed to call and ask them why and received the run around bull crap, said the manager is looking into it and offered me two phone numbers to call.. Do Not Recommended!! Watch your Bank Cards!! Watch your charges!!

Pros: The hotel at a first glance is good. The rooms are a good size, fairly updated and look nice. They have a unique breakfast option and it was refreshing. Chicken tenders is a new one for me. The front desk staff was also very accommodating for us. Our room was only $107 USD a night and was close to things nearby. 20 mins to MOA, Walmart, Capitol building, as well as a gas station and a few restaurants right outside. Cons: Our first assigned room on the main floor, 117, was musty and had actual mold all over the beds. We quickly got switched to a room that was above in 217 and it was perfect compared to the one below. The beds themselves are not that soft and the pillows suck. I couldn't get a good sleep. The shower curtain rod is curved downward so the curtain constantly slides to the middle. Water will get all over the floor. The staircase at the end of the building also smells weird but I just opened the windows in it to air it out. The pool area uses almost like a bunch of pebbles glued together as the floor and a bunch of the rocks are loose. You can guess why that sucks. They used the same lining for the hot tub which is very rough on your skin / clothes if you move. The hot tub itself is not that hot. I want to be able to at least sweat in the thing after 5 mins. Sat in for 30 and was just getting a tad warm. The sauna doesn't close fully but it does get fairly hot after you warm it up for 30-45 mins.

Fast, courteous service. Only negative is even though it is a non smoking room you can smell that it use to be a smoking room.

Honestly would’ve given it a higher rating if there were more selections to the breakfast, if the staff was friendlier when being asked questions and if the ice machine was working. There’s not much pillows and towels available in both rooms we booked. The carpet in one of the rooms was stained with blood while the other was stained heavily with ink. Everytime you enter the lobby of the hotel, it always smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. There’s always a bunch of people smoking and getting high at the front of the hotel. The elevator smells like marijuana as well. Breakfast tasted good but there were only two hot selections; potatoes and chicken strips. We were kind of hoping for bacon or sausage or eggs at least. Also, our first night, one of the rooms didn’t even have any tissue paper refilled.

Front desk person was new and didn’t know what she was doing.

This was a great place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful. My child loved the hot tub and pool would recommend it for anyone with children!! We had a huge room and great air conditioner. It was really hot when we were staying at the hotel so walking into a cool room was amazing!!!

I liked how there were multiple options around for food etc. Short drive for other options and gas station. Close to interstate. Staff friendly and helpful.

Upon arriving we immediately searched for bed bugs. We didn't find any which we were surprised by. No one serviced our room for several days so we requested it. They still didn't come but insisted that they did. Will never stay in this place again and don't recommend to anyone else. We spent nearly $1500.00 to basically sleep in a dirty room for 12 days.

Good location, but the poor quality of bathroom items was disappointing. The buidling has a bad smell throughout it, and there were fire doors left open with rags.
