Have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 15 years. Even though the faces have changed the service has not. Same clean and friendly hotel. Rooms are in excellent condition along with nice pool area. Great location for a short drive to local beaches. Highly recommended!

The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. My dog enjoyed the treats they had for him everyday. If you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay this would be great. My husband wants to give a huge shoutout to Courtney who worked the front desk. She went over and above to help you in any needs you wanted. All the staff were great. I have to say it was my first time having pulled pork for breakfast though. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

When asked for a non pet room because of allergies, was told all rooms and floors were pet friendly.

This was for a short trip. Upon arrival first room had an odor but the staff were quick to change my room. New room was much better. Lots of shops and restaurants in area. Overall give this place an A-.

It's a fine modern hotel. Not particularly luxurious, but for average Americans not demanding frivolous advantage, it's a perfectly fine hotel. It is cleaned by a professional staff, manned at the desk by pleasant personnel and provides reliable American fare for breakfast. It lacks an oven in its suites and the cable TV is satellite based so there are frequent outages during rainy season in Florida. The housekeeping is every other day but you can obtain towels or other essentials any day.
All in all, it is a fine place to stay for vacation or as in my case, for 2 weeks to sell a home and settle accounts where I've lived for 28 years.

The property was older but in good condition Breakfast was good you could walk across the street to a grocery store and shopping center with restaurants. The pool area needed some attention bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned and trash was full the drain at outside shower was clogged and covered with green mold probably just due to trees and vegetation around but otherwise a great location not far from beach

Room 239, the air conditioning was not working properly. I had to go out and buy a fan to install on my nightstand. I couldn't sleep at all the first night, the room was hot and got fresh, but never cold. The carpets in the entire hotel smell and are stained. My room 239 was clean, I got peace of mind on that.

Room was spacious, had a full kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. We didn't use it, but it is good to know for future reference when we are next in the area. Staff was friendly and attenuative. The included continental breakfast was fine, not used to the proteins being smoked sausage and chicken for breakfast though, but it was good.
