Very clean, parking was easy and location was convenient, they say the pool will be open in October but in our entire week stay not one person was working on it and it’s far from completion, probably won’t stay again due to that.

I was in town for the race and it was a wonderful stay. Loved our room...wish the pool and beach access would have been open but I understood why it wasn't, rebuilding from a previous hurricane. Staff was amazing.

I liked that the check in and out were hassle free, hallways are quite to allow for a good rest, view of the beach was great, and the size of the room was adequate for my party of 3. Our room was clean. I didn’t see any reasons to feel unsafe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are still working on getting the beach access and pool area fixed after a hurricane but still manage to make sure guests are happy. There is a nice little sitting area in front and beach toys for children to borrow. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

We loved this place it was just right quiet, clean and comfortable our room was great check in was fast and easy and the woman at the front desk was kind and friendly overall it was a great experience and we can't wait to come back 😀

I live locally and just wanted a quick night away, I have stayed at Beachside before but not since 2021. I stayed on the 2nd floor oceanfront with a balcony. I appreciate the updates since my last stay. The staff is always great. The grab and go breakfast is perfect. I accidentally discovered the dog area outside. It’s perfect considering dogs aren’t allowed on the beach. I stayed before dating back to 2015 and I’ll stay again. It’s not perfect but it’s perfect for what I needed.

Second time staying here. My mom and i had a great time. The breakfast is ok , the toilet paper eh like sandpaper but hey all in all nice. I love smaller family owned type hotels. Cant wait until the pool opens back up. Thank you!

Property is easily located. Small parking lot, hotel is small though which is probably why the parking lot is small. Property and rooms definitely need some care. Being an ocean front property continual maintenance is crucial to the facilities function and appearance. Rooms definitely need some time spent in them. I would stay again even with this as it’s a great location and view is incredible.

This is a very clean & nice hotel. The staff was very very friendly & helpful. Room was nicer & bigger than we thought. We will stay here again & do recommend it.

We were not notified in advance that the pool area was closed.
The floors in our room were not clean, very sandy and we were on 3rd floor.
The offerings for breakfast were not the best. Individually packaged muffins high in calories, breakfast bars, yogurt that is high in calories, hard boiled eggs, and you could make a waffle.
Rooms not cleaned daily, if you need more towels you were supposed to put them outside the room and then the cleaning people would replenish.

Staff are all friendly and courteous. Even offered suggestions for good places to dine depending on your appetite and pallete. Always,ALWAYS wake up every morning to having fresh linens. Staff are extremely helpful with any and all questions asked.
Cleanliness of rooms was great. If we are ever back in Daytona Beach,i know where i will be staying. This hotel is that lil gem directly on the beach,views can't get any better and an awesome view of rocket launches straight from Kennedy Space Center and Titusville. A+

Checking in took awhile. There was no one at the desk. A lady said she was in the bathroom. A half hour later the maintenance man decided to check us in and by that time there was now a long line of people trying to check in.
We were given the wrong room and had to go back and get the correct room.

The pool deck was not available, back hotel still damaged from storm and not informed when booking and even after speaking with front desk before arriving that will not be able to use pool/spa and could not even walk down to the beach from there, so disappointed.

I believe most of the floors have been newly renovated. We were on the 5th floor and it had not been updated in a long time. We had a two bedroom suite and it was not good. The mattresses were terribly uncomfortable, paint was peeling, carpet fraying, and no hot water. We were there for a family memorial and luckily knew we only had to stay for a short time. I hope they get everything updated and remodeled soon. Also they were very good about informing everyone that the pool was closed and that you could not access the beach from the motel.

Overall, this property is a really good value. While it does not have all of the amenities of higher cost alternatives, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the views in our ocean view room were great. The only drawbacks were the lack of a pool, and the somewhat dated rooms. Still a great value for the money.

Great location....nice option of kitchenette...great view of the ocean from.balcony...eventhough the pool, deck and beach access still under construction from hurricane damage we had an amazing time. We will definitely be back hopefully in December.
