Good place to stay quiet and clean

Breakfast area good with variety of food choices.

I stayed here with my partner on a circle tour around Lake Superior. The room was spacious and everything was clean. The bed was comfy too. I would stay here again.

Pet friendly! Complimentary doggie waste bags at front door of hotel. Handy as we left ours in vehicle. Comfy large king bed. Free breakfast was decent. Coffee a bit watery but overall would stay again. Not walkable to beaches or downtown kenora.

It was a last minute booking for us but safe to say the hotel did not disappoint at all. The staffs were really nice and friendly. You will get everything you need for your stay.

We stayed for 1 night after an impromptu trip to Kenora. The hotel did everything we needed for the evening and included a breakfast for us to start our day.

Recently I hhave travelled across to alberta and stayed in 6 different hotels.I think the price for the stay was very expensive in comparison. Breakfast hot was sausage and scrambled egg. Staff were helpful Our room attracted the noise from the outsiide road and aircraft taking off..

Nice clean place with very friendly staff

Old and tired hotel but kept up best that can be done with an old building. The staff are good and the place has new paint and some room remodeling. We stay there every year and will continue to do so.

For the price the property is dated, needs maintenance and is dirty. Until I looked at accessibility I didn't realize that there are two stories and no elevator so had to drag suitcases up stairs. The beds were okay but the carpet was very dirty (even in bedrooms), the doors to and the railings in staircase were sticky to the touch. They had not turned on the air conditioning so when we first got there the room was a bit like a sauna. With all that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good which is why I gave two stars instead of one.

located right on the hwy. We are travelling from Ottawa to Alberta and It was the priciest of all the hotels we stayed at.

It was clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. Disappointed there was no housekeeping over the weekend.

Not a bad hotel but you expect more for the price there charging $200 plus taxes. Was an older hotel that they have just updated the rooms.

This hotel is right off the main drag when you drive in. Located just 5 mins before the harborfront, it has all the conveniences of town but a little quieter. Love the 5 a.m. breakfast option as well as the hot soups, cookies and 24 hr coffee. Hotel was quiet and clean and the beds made for a great night sleep.

Our stay was enjoyable, this hotel is probably the most recently updated in Kenora as of the time of this review as the interiors of all the rooms including the lobby area were brand new and clean. The exterior appearance is a stark contrast though as I almost drove past thinking it was an older hotel. The breakfast is fine with fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, and some hot options being offered. There is a restaurant right across the parking lot with good food and you could probably walk to downtown Kenora in about 15 minutes, it is also just up the hill from the lake! The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the town. Overall we had a nice stay and this hotel is definitely one of the best options if you are passing through Kenora.
