The hotel was dusty and the room had an odor also to a huge crack unit. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. There were people making noise until 1 am

The a/c until was on fire and the smoke detector went off. I unplugged it. Told morning Management and they couldn’t care less!! He was rude to me after we were woken scared to death. We left. I complained to Super 8! So upset.

Very dirty floor, blankets were torn n stain , bathroom n sink were not clean not worth it to stay n staff doesn’t know anything abt the motel

Travelers Beware!!! Do Not Stay Here!!! Checked in the person was not friendly. Was admit on telling that my stay was not refundable for anything and repeated it 2x. I walk in the room. There was no fire alarm on the wall, the sink was cracked in half. The faucet unit was rocking back and forth when pushed. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the hinges. Unable to close the shower curtain. There were cigarette holes in the bedding and it was a non-smoking room!! The end table handle was only Hanging On by one Bolt. The microwave looks like somebody set it on fire in the inside. I went to the front desk and told the person. Stating I didn't want to be charged for the all the things broken in the room. Asked if she could but me in an other room. Stated only had 1 other room but the lock is broken to the front door. Stated she would make a note of everything that was wrong with the current room .So I wouldn't be charged. I went back to the room. Showed & tried to sleep. Was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm!!!! I checked out right after that!!! Not even there 4hrs!!!

No room service very nasty

there were flies all over the room , so much noise throughout the night . the room wasn't clean when i entered either . just disappointing although you typically pay for what you get , keep that in mind

First of When I arrived there were two cop cars in the front of the building. Automatic redflag, but it was late, I had been driving all day so with the odds of just having a decent bed to sleep on for a few hours in their favor I tried it anyway. You can not enter the lobby at this time, so you stand outside of a small window where the attendant sits. First question "whats up with the cops?" To which the attendant boasts about permissin from her boss to remove anyone from the premises that is a bother to her. She states that the man being removed was trying to be physically violent with her. I ask her is this a bad area? She says no not at all. Just then during a small hold up with the booking of the room that had to be repeated three times, the sickly skeleton of a young lady with the most open sores on one humans face I have ever seen comes buzzing around me. Shes pacing none stop in her oversized slides (feels the overwhelming need to grip my purse a little tighter). The attendant puts me on the top floor on the other side of the one strip building. I park my car take me and my kids inside.We were in the room for a total of two min. Just long enough to set our things down and set off to find dinner. By the time we made it back down stairs to my car the external lock button on my car had been removed exposing the motherboard. At this point I am super freaked out. I grab my things go to the attendant and let her know we are canceling this this room due to unsafe feeling

I will never stay here again. The hotel was disgusting and dirty. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes. The sheets were dirty. There was so much outdoor noise that made it hard to sleep. The pool is only opened from 12-8 and looked gross. There is no breakfast in the morning. I would never recommend staying here. Book somewhere else!

Liked the inside pool. Typical right off highway place lots of workers staying. Quiet but outside is pretty overgrown. I would stay here again anytime though.

It Wasnt all that bad It just want clean dead bugs on floor and on ac unit. Also had dead fly on inside of coffee maker so that was bad to.

The room had several dead Roaches in it. It smelled like Mildew and the sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I hate that they make you sign the no refund form before seeing the room. The outside of the place looked very dingy and smelled like urine. I was very uncomfortable and only stayed 15 minutes before checking. Out of that place. I can send pictures if needed. . This was not a good experience.

The desk clerk was very rude(apparently not to just us as there were other guests there and they mentioned her bad attitude), parking lot was full of litter, dirty diapers on stairs. Room was filthy, icluding the bedding. Last straw was the 3 live bugs and numerous dead ones. We left within 30 minutes of arriving. Reported and being reviewed for a refund

The front desk people were racist. The AC unit leaked water all over the room floor. There is roaches in the room. I do not recommend that place to anyone.

We did not stay. There were dozens of roaches climbing the walls of our room. The hotel said they would refund and we filed a complaint with OSHA.

Well first off they charged me 50$ extra and for wat i dont kno, sink in the room leaked water when u used it,outside smelled like piss,shower didn't work, fridge and microwave were not plug up,covers had burn holes.. Other than that it was a room..

My stay at this hotel was an utter disappointment, beginning with a cold reception at check-in and quickly spiraling downward when I discovered our room infested with cockroaches. Eliminating over twenty pests in an attempt to shield my six-year-old daughter from the horror. The state of the room only compounded our discomfort, with dirty, wrinkled sheets and a sticky residue on every surface, suggesting a severe neglect for cleanliness. The advertised "Free Breakfast" added to the dismay, offering a meager brown bag with just a water bottle and a granola bar, far from the nourishing start to the day one would expect. Attempts to address these issues were met with indifference; the front desk attendant, Hare, offered no solutions, repeating "no refund" with a disinterest that mirrored the establishment's overall lack of hospitality. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the matter, promises of speaking with a manager were met with vague timelines and ultimately, no resolution. Leaving the hotel early was a decision driven by the need to protect my daughter from further distress, yet it came with a significant financial loss. This experience stands as a stark warning to potential guests, particularly families, to consider alternatives where basic hygiene and customer care are prioritized. The low cost of staying here is vastly overshadowed by the emotional and financial toll it exacts, making any savings not worth the compromise to comfort and safety.

The man at the desk when we checked in was rude. I got called several name and was told I didn’t know how to read my own reservation. I was called illiterate and stupid.

Property has roaches all over the room. There was no trashcan in in the room, little baby roaches all over the floor at night.

This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived late at night, pulled down the sheets for one of the beds, and the sheets were absolutely filthy. As you can see from my pictures, it looks like they just covered the bed up with the comforter both beds were disgusting with dirt and crumbs and a dirty tissue. My husband had to go to the front desk And get clean sheets and pillowcases for our bed so we could change them ourselves. I was afraid I was gonna be sleeping and a roach was going to crawl into my nose or ear. I have never felt so disgusted sleeping in a hotel like that, and my entire life . Super 8 should have their name removed from this hotel.

Me and wifey got the flu from our 8yr old on march 28th.our First Lady of our church passed away on march 26th,we traveled sick, after getting my twin girls from school, we get to hotel after 8hour drive. We talked about who will b getting in the shower first. Once pulling in wife goes to check us in and my wife said this person was a lil rude about we weren’t getting a first floor room, until my wife had to tell the staff person that her husband can’t climb steps, we get to room and tub is dirty with hair and whatever else in tub, bed makes noise to sit on it and to lay on bed sounds terrible the refrigerator freezer is stain red with something, heat and ac don’t , and stayed next store to a pot head who smokes outside every chance he got. So where to start. Wow

Pillows have blood on them. Roaches, mucus on the wall by the saint I will never stay there again.

When Gita the HOTEL MANAGER checked us in she lied to my face for one. I was told that I needed to provide our service dogs numbers for the computer system. I told her that is a Federal Law by the American Disability Act that you cannot ask me for that. She started lying again telling me she couldn’t check us in without the dogs numbers. Now we had just stayed the same hotel 11 days earlier and NONE of this happened that day. All I was asked is what service do are they used for. We continue to exchange words then she flat out refused to check us in unless I gave her their registration numbers or $80 for a pet fee. They are not service friendly it’s ALL AN ACT. DON’T STAY HERE. Oh yeah there were ANTS in the room.

Rooms are spacious but beds are loud and uncomfortable. Furniture is outdated. Trash all over the place outside. Not a great environment. Pool is small although pictures make it look big. "free breakfast" was a brown paper bag with a bottled water, 3 pack of stale donuts, and a granola bar.
